Absolutely Disappointed – TCL & Reliance Digital Both Ignored My Complaint
Review:
I bought this TCL QLED TV (55 inch) in December 2024 from Reliance Digital, expecting reliable performance and post-sale support. Shockingly, within just 4 months, the display started showing issues – screen going black, flickering, and unwatchable image quality.
I raised a complaint in April 2025 with Reliance Digital, who assured me it was forwarded to TCL. Till today, June 2025, there has been ZERO response. No technician visit, no replacement, no updates – just complete silence from both TCL and Reliance. This is the kind of negligent customer service that customers must be warned about.
Spending hard-earned money on a brand like TCL thinking it’s a good value is a huge mistake. If you ever face issues, be ready to struggle for months with no resolution. TCL clearly does not care about Indian customers once the product is sold.
Avoid TCL at all costs. Their after-sales support is a joke, and Reliance Digital seems equally irresponsible in following up. Don’t waste your money or peace of mind.
