A very reliable shipper of your tea, which comes vacuum sealed, very well packed and delivered typical within one week. Whatever you choose to buy , take their tasting notes with a grain of salt - it hasn’t helped me very much. They offer a decent range of fresh teas, some seem over- priced while others are gems. Once they have your contact details you will be showered with AI generated messages…easy enough to ignore, but still annoying at times - unsubscribe is the secret weapon 😁
You can always reconnect if so desired. Once your order hit a certain amount shipping is “free”. My guess is…..well, you guessed!
I will continue buying from teabox, afterall fresh tea is not easy to get anywhere.

Darjeelings from Teabox never disappoint me. It provides a variety of selection of Darjeelings from all different tea estates in every stage of season. It is very amusing to experience high quality of Darjeelings with help of tea experts.

As I had very little experience with tea until recently—aside from tea bags and the few "fresh" varieties one only drinks when feeling unwell—it might not seem credible for me to award five stars to Teabox teas. However, here comes the "but": since trying a few of these teas, I can no longer drink coffee. As an unqualified beginner, I am simply grateful for this experience. There is nothing to complain about regarding the ordering process. There is nothing to complain about regarding the ordering process. Delivery may currently take slightly longer than usual, but this is due to circumstances beyond Teabox's control.

This is a wonderful company from what my experience with them has been.
I love everything about my Teabox. Wonderfully packaged . Also the cup and filter is so beautiful and functional. The tea itself is smashing ! Then they sweetest little gift Which I adore .
They stayed in communication with me about delays, because of factors out of their control. Yet with the delays , my Teabox arrived in a timely manner.
This whole experience has been lovely!

Everything from tea box is top quality, top freshness, and a fascinating journey into different teas and their sources. I have bought so much tea from them and I’ve never been disappointed!

I have been a loyal customer for over a decade, primarily focusing on their Darjeeling and Nilgiri Winter Frost collections. What sets Teabox apart is the exceptional quality, variety, and freshness of their leaf teas. Remarkably, the quality is often superior to buying directly from the estates, and the consistency is impressive. The packaging is always perfect, ensuring the tea arrives in fresh condition. From rare Winter Frost specialties to robust Assam Masala Chais, their selection is unmatched. While some premium teas are expensive, their frequent deals and discounts make high-end teas accessible.

My intention is to keep this review short and crisp but fear for the opposite 😎.

What I like so much about Teabox, well that is very simple the TOTAL PACKAGE.

It all starts with the fun promotion messages from Diwaker being the Teabox billboard. Followed by the ordering proces, the confirmation, packing, transportation and deliverance. This all is being covered by an amazing team working behind the scenes and giving their very best of themselves and those people deserves a big compliment because nothing is asked to much to make that extra yard to make it happen and feel like a real appreciated customer. A customer service level which is amazing and second to none with Pranai and hus team in the lead 🙏🙏🙏.

But then of course there is the star of the package and that are the fresh teas and chai’s carefully harvested, picked and packed and they havenever ever disappointed me.

It goes without saying that over time I do have discovered some favorite flavors. And also the chai’s so carefully composed and always BAM spot on and bringing that typical India vibe and flavors 👌.

But also is Teabox constantly working on Supply Chain improvement which I really like and embrace as a former logistics and shipping Director.

Teabox has managed to convert me from a die hard coffee drinker to a huge fresh tea and chai fan.

The market is overloaded with tea providers but nothing goes above Teabox no question about that. And the brand I can only but recommend to everyone !

I've been drinking & savouring this delicious Green Nilgiri Glendale for a week now, it's soft, velvety & buttery, a moment of pure delight in every sip !
I was lucky enough to visit Nilgiri last autumn & fell in love with all things Nilgiri... especially this flavoursome tea !
Teabox are very efficient and prompt, the parcel took only a week to get to my door in the UK !
It does seem expensive, but a little goes a long way, to savour each sip is worth every penny ( or Rupee !!)

I haven't purchased loose leaf tea in 25 years.
I love the tea box with the beautiful cup and strainer.
The instructions and spoon were perfect for me.
I used to put in less than or more than I should have.
Now I can taste all the floral notes.
Can't wait to open the deejarling tea.
That used to be my favorite.

When I opened my box, I was first greeted by a colorful cloth doll and a note that gave her a name, Kalpana. The story behind the doll reminds us of the people who, with great know-how and care, pick the best tea leaves for our enjoyment. Kulpana reminded me of a note my son included when he sent me a bag of his most delicious coffee (as co-founder of Unity Sourcing and Roasting). Both companies share similar philosophies. Years ago, my son told me that as I enjoy every sip, I might want to think about the people who braved treacherous mountains with the threat of snakes and scorpions so that I could get to enjoy this perfect cup. He told me that I can feel like royalty with each sip, knowing someone did that for me. It is a visualization I never have forgotten, and appreciate when I sit got a daily cuppa. I also feel that way when I drink the tea from Teabox, not only because of the perfection of it, but also because of the doll and the story. I have made a tea drinking ritual every morning, and use it as a time for grateful reflection. I purchased a new kettle with precise temperatures. I put a timer on as it steeps in the lovely glass vessel provided in my first purchase. I take in the aroma as I open the package. I admire the color that develops after a full steep and finally, I sit and have a lovely cup of tea. No tv. Sometimes I talk to my dog, though. I usually enhance my tea with a small amount of sugar and lemon (the way my ancestors always enjoyed their tea). So far I have tasted the Irish Breakfast and English breakfast. I am not a connoisseur of tea. But there is something about this tea that even I can tell is special. I look forward to the Earl Grey, which has always been a favorite in other brands. I imagine it will be magical. This past year, I became a certified mindfulness meditation teacher. The tea ritual now comes after my morning meditation. It has become more than just a glorious cup of tea: it is a way of living.

Me and my family, we love chai. Most of our precious memories are over chai. The best discussions are about chai. It means a lot to me that I bought India's Most Kadak Chai from Teabox and landed the achievement of winning over my mother's heart with chai. She was making tea and then the smell of tea hit her nose with a full bodied whiff when she added India's Most Kadak Chai from Teabox. She closed her eyes, turned around smiling and asked, "yeh kaunsi chai hai?"

My experience with Teabox has been very positive. In every way. The teas, the glass mug, the packaging, the delivery, the communication. I purchased the whole leaf trial box which came with 10 types of tea leaves, a double-layered glass mug, a spoon and a thoughtful gesture in the form of a little doll (to celebrate the pickers?). I especially appreciate the transparent mug which keeps my tea hot. It is good quality, with a cover and infuser which fit so perfectly. It came packed compactly with the other items, with protective material to prevent breakage. I have tried 5 teas so far, been enjoying the teas everyday and like it that each sampler is re-sealable in airtight packaging. The packaging on the whole is admirable, so well thought out with such economy of space! And I must say that Teabox emails can be a refreshing read quite unlike emails from other businesses. Apparently, Teabox has some rather creative writers in their midst. Cheers! I’m so happy with my purchase that I’ve gone back to make a second, this time venturing into Teabox chai.
