My Tea arrived in a lovely box with enchanting small packets of tea.
My tea hadn't arrived in time ,i sent an email and they responded quickly and the tea was with me in 2 days. My tea arrived in a lovely box, with assorted packets of various teas. The teas are Fresh and flavoursome. I would recommend anyone to try them. It is delicious 😋. I would have liked to share some photos, but it doesn't allow.

Very happy regular customer
I have been a regular customer of Teabox for over 2 years now, and I still look forward to every cup. I drink black tea in the morning, green or white tea in the afternoon, and a herbal tea like hibiscus and lemongrass (my favourite) in the evening. The tea is fresh and flavourful, easily withstands two washes, and the variety available is wonderful.

Good info, no delivery problems, great communication.
I took delivery of my first trial box around 3 hours ago & am about to try my fourth sample. These teas are the best that I have tasted since sampling Indian teas in the basement restaurant of a Tokyo supermarket some 40 years ago.
Nuff said. Magnificent!
UPDATE - I bought another box! I feel I'm on a steep learning curve so want to keep the same teas so that I can concentrate on learning more about fewer. I am definitely converted!

Best products compare to other brands. It's unique products they provide. Chamolie tea is best , better than sleeping tablet. All body parts gets relaxation till clock rings.

Authentic Himalayan teas & chai. I feel as though I'm part of a collective.
I've just recieved my first box from Teabox, with the gorgeous FREE seidel glass mug with infuser and lid with the box of chia and 10 packets of tea including Himalayan Wine Black Tea which I can't wait yo try
My Afternoon Tea game has just had an upgrade.
It's beautifully packaged with lots of reminders of the hours of labour that have gone into the production and of course, those who benefit from and rely upon my purchase, there's even a small doll, a poem and photo representing the Himalayan workers which makes it so personal.
It's very charming and the team were checking how I like it - I emailed them a screenshot of the tracking showing it was still in transit to me - so they're very diligent and care about the process.
I'm very excited about trying these authentic tea's and chai's and I've no doubt I'll be learning how to steep the tea properly to get the benefits, so I will follow the guidance provided { I was a hot water over a rea bag kind of tea drinker, not any more}
I'd highly recommend Teabox to anyone who wants to try new, fresh and authentic products with real charm and heritage. . . I feel as though I'm part of the Tea Box international family, a real collective I'm proud to be part of.

Ordered the sample box with free mug and spoon - definitely worth the investment. Excellent selection of teas which I am working my way through - Earl Grey my favourite so far.
If you love tea then the starter pack with free mug is worth it

Disappointed
When I was in Darjeeling we were served the most amazing tasting tea, nothing like we have at home. We bought some in the local market, that came in a brown paper bag! When I saw the Teabox advert from Siliguri, I thought I must get that tea again. After spending what I usually spend in a year on tea, it finally arrived. What a disappointment! It is so weak and tasteless, nothing like tea from Darjeeling. What a waste of money. Never again!

Lovely teas. I am working through samples box, each sachet contains a substantial amount of tea. My favourites, so far, are Kashmiri Saffron Rose (which I didn't think I would like!) which is wonderful, and Jaipur Masala which is great for mornings as it has a light zingy taste.

A pleasant Surprise. Darjeeling Samabeong Summer Muscatel
I was pleasantly surprised by how much I would actually like this tea (Darjeeling Samabeong Summer Muscatel Black) It's the first drink of the day & makes getting out of bed in the morning a far easier exercise as there is something delightful to look forward to. Unfortunately due to the very high price (hence only 4 stars) it's not something I can afford on a regular basis. Darjeeling tea is the only drink I have at home & as I work at home I can get through quite a few cups per day very quickly so drinking it regularly would present me with a bill higher than my utility bill each month. However it is one of the best Darjeelings I've had in over 40 years of drinking only Darjeeling. I would say as a treat once in a while this is well worth purchasing.

Great company…
Ordered trial pack teas and English Breakfast teas for my partner. I drink herbal teas, never thought I’d see the day I would go back to drinking black tea and drink it without milk and sugar! Since ordered more and am trying the Chai teas. Customer service second to none and delivery faster than I was expecting.

Only ever had generic tea bags. Thought I’d give real tea a try. Never been a fan of posh tea. Too weak. Too flowery but…………

So far I have used 4 of the teas in my trial box. One was exceptionally good because of the added masala flavors. The other three are not any different than what I am used to. I buy loose leaf tea at my local Indian Grocery store and it tastes as fresh as the ones I got from you. The ones from the grocery store is much cheaper. I don’t think I will be buying from you again.
