I have loved the chai samplers for myself and as special gifts. I give whole boxes, or individual packets as part of gift baskets. The presentation and artwork are lovely. But the key to Teabox is the freshness of the blends. You can taste each spice and the tea, every time, and the smooth heat from ginger and black pepper is an extra sensation. The BOGO for the sampler is an amazing bargain too.

What I loved about this company is the customer service whilst tracking my order all the way from India.
The tea has arrived. I tried the Cardomen one today and it loved up to it's ingredients. Can't wait to try the rest💕

I have been buying from Teabox for a couple of years m and their teas have always been very delicious. I have narrowed it down to about four or five blends, but they are all great.

Horrendous, paid for a product that was never sent, this company is a group of con artists, they will send you glowing customer service emails that are complete lies, they're simply taking your money. I ended up having to initiate a chargeback because they are useless.

I have to say that Teabox has provided me with an exceptional experience, both from the order process, the supporting communication in relation to my order.
The quality of the packaging and the exceptional product 👌.
I have only tried one of the 10 fresh teas from my starter trial pack.
I don't think that I will ever buy another tea bag (dust) in my life

As a teaholic, I went to door to door to seek the right flavour in the tea cup. They advertised in a very showy
and colorful graphics. Mere graphics
can't hold a tea lover who can only be convinced by the real flavour of the tea they sell . It is herethat I came across a news of tea box ad. that it offers tea samples from many parts of India. I purchased the ten samples to try at home. I brewed
the tea myself. You have to cook your tea your self and taste. That's what I did to establish a faith that's with TEA BOX.

The tea is good, and the delivery speedy.

Teabox are a wonderful company and great to deal with. I was gifted the chai sample box a couple of years ago and I am a fan ever since. I had never had real chai before, just the sickly sweet powdered type, but Teabox Chai are authentic, warming and delicious. I also enjoy their herbal and ayurvedic teas.

I was googling Indian quality teas after years of Chinese teas
I did find Teabox in Darjeeling , a serious group of highly dedicated teaproducers
The « surprice box « was indeed a surprice , a very well made teacup with a metal infuser , both beautifull and practical and ten packages of diffirent tea types , some green , breakfast tea and orange pekoen.
The Chinese have found competition in Darjeeling .
I am spoiled with high quality green , white and pu’ehr, but the black teas from India are a class of their own .
Still several packages to sample!!
A great experience in scent , taste and color .

I was given a delicious chai tea at a friends house and it stuck with me. I found out where it was from and off I went to order the trial pack. Slightly nervous about the delivery after reading reviews but after waiting patiently the tea arrived and it is absolutely beautiful. So smooth.
I have loved chai for many many years and I am so happy to have found this brand. There is a price tag on the item but it’s my treat to me.
I don’t love all the emails while waiting, for me they could be quick short messages.

Their tea is decent for the flavor and production process, and their customer service is quick and sincere.

The price may not be very approachable but there's no other place that I can buy the same quality of tea for the similar prices in Japan.

Order appears to be lost, nothing shows on the tracking. Avoiding giving a refund and now radio silence. Avoid!!!

Teabox teas are the absolute best without any comparisons. I have been a long time tea drinker growing up drinking tea. I have tried many different brand teas. My parents were strict tea drinkers from the UK with English breakfast tea brewed every morning and with every meal. I love teabox tea and will be a lifelong consumer. Once I tried the best, Teabox, I wont give it up. Anyone who trys it will love it, too.

I bought the trial pack. Waited to write a review hoping one of the packs will be good. It is tea dust so no body to the tea at all. Definitely not recommended or buying again.

I placed an order (Order ID 324010) on 14 September 2025. As the order was cancelled from Teabox and not delivered, I request a refund.

Despite sharing all proofs and transaction details on 22 and 23 September, and sending multiple follow-ups (including on 28 October and 30 October 2025), there has been no refund or proper response from Teabox.

Their only reply (on 28 October) was a generic note stating that the issue had been “escalated to the right team”—but no refund confirmation.

It’s disappointing that a teabox brand chooses to ignore repeated follow-ups. The over 45-day delay for a simple refund, and that too for an order cancelled on the Teabox end, shows how poor the after-sales service really is.

Order placed, refund confirmed, proofs shared, yet no action, completely unprofessional experience.

I first found Teabox a few months back on Facebook and had ordered their trial pack of 10 different flavours, all of which were delightful, with a special mention to Jaipur masala, Wayanad cardamom and Kolkata Kadak chai.
I repeated that order and got more of their cute stemless glass goblets and the even cuter steel spoon to measure the leaves. I became a fan.
Then I tried the Ayurvedic pack which did not agree with me much as most of the flavours had too much mint, which I feel is an appetite suppresser, at least to my taste buds and nose.
I even bought the white tea - spring silver needle, as I love white tea.
Being from an old tea family myself, which was once famous for their roasted tea, I had to try your roasted tea and was pleasantly surprised. I even tried your Jasmine tea. I loved the flavours of all.
