Not the best experience at all for an…
Not the best experience at all for an order of 30 units. As a reseller, the order was sent out incorrectly, I had to deal directly with the manufacturer instead of the office in Australia. No phone calls when requested, just all via email. As a reseller it was an embarrassing situation with our business to our end client. Yes the order was correctly amended and the new socks were sent out, but for an order of only 30 socks to have this much stress and problems. I would be hesitant to place another order.

Thanks for the feedback Em. I've just been looking back through the email communications and, yes, this was not our finest moment!
Please note that, although they may be based in the same country as our manufacturer, Edu and Arren are both dedicated Team Feet staff members, not representatives of the manufacturer.
We're currently working with the factory team to establish expedited production when it comes to replacements, just to speed things up if anything needs to be replaced.
Looking forward to stepping up our game on your next order.

Socks are generally great
Socks are generally great. No issues with service and product is great. I’ve only had one issue with an order where the logo printing has disappeared from socks. It’s happened in nearly all of them from that order and o haven’t had a response from anyone who I normally deal with
