Absolutely Brilliant from start to finish,
Ive basically got a brand new battery I've recommended them to a friend

excellent service e bike back on road original supplier Spart said they could fix battery or supply a new one leaving me to buy a bike which I didnt do and thanks to TECH NIC FOR repairing my original battery

Great experience and very helpful all the way through the process from explaining, diagnostic checks and advising the cost to repair our battery which we couldn’t replace as it was too old. It took less than a week to receive the battery back so looking forward to trying it out.

My bike battery was dead....I saw the company details on ebay. I called them up, the chap explained how the process was and the possible price range. I sent off the battery then after investigating, they gave a price considerably below the maximum they had originally said it could be. Got the battery back and it works. Perfect experience and stress free.

Great service.
I had 2 electric motorbike batteries that would no longer charge.
I sent both to TECH-NIC.
One was unsalvagable, but they managed to get the other one charged.
I couldn't find anywhere to buy a replacement, so the bike would have been for the scrap pile otherwise.
