Es wurde mir sofort und gut geholfen

I was auto subscribed to tech 2 trove without prior knowledge and subsequent two deductions were made from credit card but their support system has ensured of removal of any subscription and related details. I am looking forward to it.

Envoi rapide , service client au top ils ont vite résolu le problème suite à mon colis dont le contenu pendant le transport à été abimé. Tech2trove.com, à vite réagit ,et m' a remboursé aussitôt .

I really don't know much about the company but the the personal that got my case was professionally handled my case with respect there was a miss communication and some money was withdrawn from my account the person talk with me and advised me on what to do so I can get a refund even though it's not there policy and I really appreciate the effort thanks

Always the same...but i don't see the refund on my account

The efforts to resolve the issues were prompt

Firstly i have been defrauded of continuous debits going through my account,unautharized, between July 9 and 22.
I have been mislead by signing to buy a laptop from Take a lot as was advertised on FB. The next moment debits in favour of So green grass and Tech2trove continuously started going through my account, Not on and without my approval.
Its October 6, 2025, and no refund what so ever had been received. Its a disgrace to have companies like this ripping the public

Disdetta immediata abbonamento non autorizzato e richiesta rimborso. Ho attivato l’immediata cancellazione di qualsiasi abbonamento o servizio attivato a mio nome a seguito dell’accesso tramite un link ricevuto da mia figlia per sol de janeiro penso una ditta di cosmetici, con apparente costo di 2 euro, ma rivelatosi un addebito *non autorizzato di 47,35 euro* + 6.35 euro
Preciso che non ho mai dato esplicito consenso a tale addebito, né tantomeno autorizzato alcuna sottoscrizione. Trattandosi inoltre di una adesione avvenuta da meno di 15 giorni, ho esercitato il diritto di recesso immediato come previsto dal Codice del Consumo.
Ho invitato pertanto a:
1. *Disdire immediatamente l’abbonamento*;
2. *Confermare per iscritto l’annullamento* di ogni addebito futuro e ho già dato al mio istituto bancario ordine di bloccare tutte le operazioni verso questa società. Attenzione!!!
