Urgent Supply of Parts
We were in urgent need of some belts for one of our machines that had broken down and Jeff done everything possible to get the belts to us the next day. We have dealt with Techbelt for a good few years and their service has always been 100%

Thank you for your response. My rating was specifically and solely in relation to the very poor customer service provided by you and your documented responses to the issues I raised in detail with you.
You effectively demeaned me and made a number of petty comments in your emails to me. You also never bothered to check the accuracy of the information I provided about the delivery of your own parcel to me on the date you charged me for.
That is why I gave your company 1 star and not a completely different company. If I could have given 0 stars I would have done so. My original rating and comment therefore stands exactly as originally posted.

Dear Eddie, after reviewing your correspondence and discussing with colleagues I am happy that we have provided the highest level of customer service as we do with all orders. We use UPS for our UK small box deliveries with many consignments leaving daily without issues. I am sorry you felt that UPS were lying to you – I have never heard of this happening previously. I am sorry we could not change your delivery options, only you as the consignee can do this after shipping - standard practice with couriers. I am sorry that UPS let you down on this occasion and that has reflected in your review of Techbelt.
