I contacted Techbros to purchase the Meta Ray-Ban Display glasses listed on their website at AED 6,199 — already twice the market price, but I was willing to pay for convenience. They initially confirmed the item was in stock. What followed was 5 days of me chasing their support for responses. They simply don’t reply; you have to hunt them down repeatedly just to get basic information.

After all that wasted time, they finally admitted the item was actually not in stock — directly contradicting what they had told me at the start. The product is still listed as available on their website at that inflated price. Classic bait listing.
What made this experience truly unacceptable was the behavior of their WhatsApp support agent, who introduced himself as Muhammed Essa. When I indicated I would leave a negative review due to bad experience, he began making veiled threats — referencing that “its your wish to write review but remember this is dubai” and “ok write ill also make sure to get bottom of this” without finishing his sentence. I’m from Dubai but contacted them with my international WhatsApp number. That approach was not only inappropriate but frankly quite telling about how this business operates.

Looking at their existing negative reviews, I’m clearly not the only one who has flagged the fake stock issue. This appears to be a recurring pattern, not an isolated mistake.

Do not pay upfront on their website. You may be charged for items they don’t have. Avoid this store entirely.

Forget the Warranty !!

I bought a phone through them, before the year ended, the battery health dropped from 95% to 20% and got inflated, reached out for them to have it fixed as all the devices are under warranty , they ignored all the emails , all the calls, everything ..
Dont deal with them - Totally unprofessional !!

The worst scammers

My brother confirmed with them multiple times over phone and WhatsApp that a specific Mac Mini was in stock at Deira. Every time: yes, we have it.

So I took a taxi there. 200 AED. 90+ minutes. Arrived and nobody could even tell me if they had it. Turns out they didn't. Then they tried selling me something else. Classic bait and switch.

I came to this sketchy looking office where 1 woman opened the door after knocking for 10 minutes. Then I had to wait there for over an hour for anything to happen. The only guy who spoke english said someone will come with the PC soon, waited for over 30 minutes and no one came.

400 AED in taxis and half my day gone because they confirmed a product they never had. This isn't poor service, it's a scam. Stay far away.

Have purchased a Dyson air purifier…

Have purchased a Dyson air purifier from techbros on 22/10/2025. Everything went smooth and purifier got delivered perfectly on time. After sometime (around 7th of November) the airflow angle control stopped working stuck at 0* position.
I first contacted Dyson itself and their engineer came to check. He said that there is a known problem with the mother plate but unfortunately Dyson couldn’t do anything with this as purifier wasn’t purchased directly from them. They told me to contact seller for a refund or service.
So on the 15th of November I contacted techbros and during the phone call after my email a very polite gentleman reassured me that everything is noted and I will be provided with the solution within next week. Some time later I was told that they are waiting for an official answer from Dyson. Believe me I wanted to give these guys 5 stars but the way they keep delaying the process is just getting too long.
It’s now 13/01/2026 and I am still “stranded” with no next steps offered.
I give 3 stars just with the hope that they will still fix the situation…

UPD: it’s 5th of February now and absolutely nothing happened. I am still with faulty device and no one is offering any options at all. Changing to one star.

Advise - know what to expect from techbros in case you have a faulty device purchased from them.

The absolute worst

The absolute worst. I wish There is like no stars of half a star.

Worst than scalpers. Absolutley not trustworthy and very shady.
Please steer your business to other legitimate vendors.

Bought a graphic card, paid for the full amount.

The website said next day delivery. Contacted them to confirm the order and they said it will be delivered the same day.

Contacted them to follow up - via whats app because they didn't pick up the phone - later on the day and they said they might need to cancel the order because they can't fulfill it!

Kept reaching out and finally, they said if you wait you will be happy and you will recieve the product - basically asking me in a polite way to stop calling -.

So I assumed best of intentions and didn't call again.

Receieved an email with a stamped invoice and a delivery shipment! I said to myself, I did well by supporting a local business and these guys came through! Not only that, I recieved an email saying it was shipped!

The very next day... I recieve an email that this order was refunded. Just like that. No apology call, no email, nothing. Add to this, the money will take up to 10 days to be refunded.

It is truly a shame that vendors will stoop to this level just to make 1-2 thousand more by claiming "we are out of stock" and "we are not able to fulfil the order"

I will make sure through all communication channels not to support TechBros.

After the whole scam above, I receive an email to ask to rate the "Delivery / Service or Product" Experience.

I ordered 2 iPhone covers and the…

I ordered 2 iPhone covers and the parcel has failed to arrive. I got a confirmation of delivery off AVRI which was a photo of the parcel in a letterbox on a house with a Purple door with no number, I don’t have a purple and non of my neighbours have one either. I informed company but they said the parcel had been delivered and to get in touch with EVRI. WRONG As a buyer my contact is with the seller not the courier who works on behalf of the seller. The attitude of the company is very poor. I have since received a different parcel from another seller using AVRI who I ask to take a photo of my purchase and my WHITE front door. Company has failed to reply
