Fantastic product, with service second to none, Very Honest Highly experienced & Genuine which is a unique quality In today's Sale and support Staff, rarely found with sales people these days.

proffesional, experienced , friendly , knowledgeable company.
i used this company for the first time a week or so ago . i bought 4 equinox helix xp lights .delivery was a couple of days with a good parcel company . i found their website easy to navigate and their prices really competative .. i had a couple of questions so spoke to them on the phone which too was really easy and the answered promptly .. were professional and knew the answers .. all in all a fantastic experience and a quality product and company .. i will be using these again .. thankyou so much

Absolutely outstanding customer service. Went & physically checked that the headphones I was buying fitted the case, as they weren't listed as being compatible. I didn't ask them to, they just said they would check & call me back. I think his name was Ryan, what a credit to the company.
