Bank just called me about a payment Techitpro had requested. Luckily Bank found this scam and rang me, the bank has blocked them. I had verified I was over 18 by using my card for a 0.00 payment 2 days earlier. They were taking £24.99 subcription.
Absolute fraudulent company. This company came up as a pop up in Tiktok, i clicked on the 'x' thinking i was closing down the pop up and it used facial recognition to then take money from my card.
Total Scam!! taken money from my account and I didnt sign up for anything as far as I know I will contact the bank tommorow

The only explanation I can think of is downloading a free app from the App Store on Friday. Otherwise I have no idea how it happened.
Next thing I know they are trying to take £49 x 2 from my bank.
Luckily my bank recognised it as a scam & blocked the payment!
Pure scam, with content redirects triggering a payment ask for 0.01 which is easy to accept in error (e.g. via thumbprint recognition when trying to dismiss the page).
My son clicked a link by accident, saw a message about 0 cost subscribtion, but didn't knowingly subscribe, he said something about having face recognition and thinks they somehow managed to sign him up that way??? All very confusing. Thankfully, the bank blocked the transaction and his card until sorted. No way did he knowingly sign up. Scary times!!
I clicked to watch a video on Facebook .. they took 0 pence from my account but then all of a sudden I’d subscribed to something at £49 per month payable next day .. I tried to unsubscribe but no option to do this .. no way of contacting .. they’ve just tried taking £49 from my account .. I’ve asked my bank to block this site from trying to take money in the future the cheeky ,scamming so and so’s
Scam. Took money from my account without permission and even Revolut allowed it
This is an absolute scam and has somehow managed to deceive people into subscribing to a monthly subscription of £49.00. They somehow get details of your card and take £0.01 and then 24hrs later take £49.00. There are no goods or services provided for the payment. Based in Cyprus beyond the reach of UK law.
Pure fraud. Clicked on an old user manual I needed and was charged EUR 0.1. “Congratulations on your subscription.” Now they charged me EUR 49. And needless to say they do not respond.
