I’m only giving 3 stars because the iPad is like new and doesn’t have any scratches or marks, the downside is that they have sent the wrong cable to be able to charge it but luckily I have a iPhone so I can use that but it’s not ideal in case they both need charging at the same time! I have sent 3 emails before the iPad arrived (received it today) to ask a couple of questions and I haven’t had a reply from any of them so I didn’t see the point in contacting them for a 4th time to mention the wrong cable! This is my first time using this company and seeing as the customer service is shit I won’t be using them again and I won’t be recommending them either, I also need a new laptop but I’ll be going else where now that’s for sure!!

I bought an iPhone 12 last year ( 2025) from Tech market and just upgraded, I sent my old phone that I had purchased to Mazumo but was told the phone was reported as stolen and an insurance claim had been made on the handset and paid out ! Legally Mazumo have to confiscate the phone and I am now out of pocket even though I legitimately brought the phone from Tech market ! I’ve tried sorting it out with TM but get the same man every time fobbing me off ! This is a dodgy site , will never recommend buying from them and will be posting everywhere I can to warn people

I was a bit sceptical to buy pre-owned product and the company. However, I ordered a product, Its price was very reasonable. The product arrived quickly and was in perfect condition. I would recomend the company!

Needed a second iPad to store music looked for and found a good deal at Tech Market. When it arrived in specified time was surprised at how good the quality of the iPad is. All working without any issues.

Great product, slow postage, due to a `postOffice let down and poor customer service response. When I received the lap top it required a password. Simple when told. But online chat wasted hours, no answer. Phone call, no answer, no response to messages. Email eventually responded and bingo. Very pleased with my Mac and the appearance. If some one picked up the phone - I'd give 5 stars easily.

Ordered an iPad 6th generation at a very very reasonable price, which although it was listed as ‘good’, I would say it was excellent.
Arrived as specified and I am very happy with it.
Recommended to all who need this kind of tech.
