Didn’t get what I ordered
I ordered an Apple iPad 6 Gen in Gold and I got the space grey version sent to me. The device was as flat as a pancake left it on charge for over 2 hours before it held a charge for it to be turned on and took forever to fully charge. It wasn’t wiped clean still had the previous owners details and apps on it luckily I was able to clear the device before using it. Tried contacting them through there website online chat it just kept kicking me out, tried calling there number multiple times no one answered so I email them and I actually got a response saying just to return it at my expense (even though its there fault for not sending what I ordered) to get a refund which from previous reviews Ive seen I might never get so I’m just dealing with what I got. Poor overall service and definitely poor customer service. Don’t use this company.

I am very pleased to report that I have today 30/03/26 received a refund from Tech Market. I had kept the original packaging and used a customer reference number that was showing on the address label

Worst experience ever. Phone was stolen so need quick replacement. phone received on 18/02, 3 weeks later - completely died - battery capacity - 0%. Does not reply to emails, website forms, phone calls (only voicemail option available), website chat is not working. phone does not charge and is completely dead. absolute joke. avoid avoid avoid.

J'ai commandé un macbook 2017 sur Pixmania, mais le vendeur est VRS techmarket. j'ai reçu un 2011, que j'ai renvoyé. sauf que le vendeur n'a jamais récupéré le colis à son point relais. du coup 1 mois après le colis m'a été retourné et je n'ai pas été remboursé 260 € !!! le pire est que ce vendeur est aussi sur Back Market ! I ordered an iPhone 16 Pro Max for £999.99 on 25/09/2025 and immediately requested cancellation because I’d accidentally selected the wrong color. After no response to my emails or messages, I phoned the number listed on their site. The person who answered gave his name as “Adam Lee” and said he’s from Hong Kong. He told me I must send a copy/photo of my ID to obtain a refund and said there would be no refund without it. I refused — I do not give sensitive ID documents to a seller who has already failed to respond to communications. I have not received a refund or confirmation. I’m warning others to be cautious and to avoid purchasing from this company until their customer service and refund practices are transparent.
Terrible service and faulty product
Ipad did not hold charge, whilst advertised as "very good". I was unhappy, and returned the item. Tech Market advertises a "30 Day Money Back Guarantee" but they did not provide me with a full refund. When I phoned their customer service they were outright rude, and fabricated a story about 100% Battery Health. Do not buy from this company they are crooks
Tech Market is Not to be Trusted
I was very pleased with the performance of my Tech Market refurbished APPLE Mac mini which arrived quickly but in a battered, recycled box. I'd got so used to my 2012 M1's unhurried pace that I was astonished by the speed and display clarity of the 2023 M2 I bought. Its condition is as they said, "pristine" with the latest OS, though I was expecting an Apple white mains lead and got a cheap black one.
I have since discovered them trying to remote manage my Mac. These sharks are not to be trusted!
Other frustrations came from (1) their not thinking to supply the password they set it up with, (2) their being unavailable to take my phone call, (3) not answering my chat request at all (beyond an automatic claim that an Agent was coming) and (4) being slow to eventually email the password - with no apology (or greeting).
My phone came very dirty!
I paid for a ‘very good’ condition phone where it states on the website it will have a mark on the body work but will be clean. My phone came with dirt rammed all in the speakers, charging port, volume buttons, ringer button and lock button. I contacted them about it and I got ignored! I had to clean everything out with a needle before use! Really not happy considering I paid £395 for it!

It’s a con, they don’t have what you want in stock. They charge you for something they don’t have, then try to push something else on you. They will charge you, say they actually dont have it, but have a better one and want to charge more.

I explained that the advert described the phone as being in excellent condition, therefore why do you want more money if this one that you recommend is also in excellent condition. Apparently less scratches. On arrival and examining the item, it was absolutely appalling and not fit for purpose. This company is fraudulent and a gang of rogues. They will soon go out of business as you cant be treating people unethically. BUYER BEWARE - DONT BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. They will soon be under investigation if not already. I never leave reviews like this, but where do I even begin? Maybe with the device that still had a test account on it, and so was very nearly inaccessible when it arrived? Or it initially being sent to the wrong place?
Maybe, the over two weeks I spent trying every contact possible to try and return the device, as per the 30 day return policy stated on their website, only to be completely ignored.
No, the absolute cherry on top was when I raised a dispute with Clearpay - Tech Market responded by blatantly lying about me having never contacted them, despite me having evidence of unanswered emails, short and rude phone calls, an unresponsive chatbot and abandoned contact form. For some reason, Clearpay decided to take their word for it over mine, but that's not the point of this review. The other stuff I could deal with, but having my honesty challenged in such a flippant way has angered me beyond belief.
This is insulting and unacceptable, and it boils my blood to think that my hard-earned money is in the pockets of such dishonest and dismissive people who have not a hint of a customer service instinct in their bodies.
Never, ever buy from Tech Market. I hope that the people who work there are rightfully embarrassed.

Horrific took and hour and half of charging to get the phone to 1% to turn on and now it’s no longer working again.
When it did it had not been reset to factory setting was call logs and text messages also someone else’s SIM card!
They are not answering emails so I will be doing a chargeback!

Bought a 6th gen ipad September 2024. It’s now June 2025 and the battery has died. Warranty is 12 months but only covers battery for 6 months.
