The whole process was easy. They offered me the most money and they gave me exactly what I was quoted. Only drawback is the time it takes to get the money after getting a quote and mailing your item but that can't really be helped.

The process to trade in my phone was super easy. Soon after I submitted the request, I got an email from the company letting me know the next steps and a contact should I have any questions. It also had my tracking number. They gave me lots of information so any question I did have was answered immediately.

TechTwice was very good to work with. As soon as I received my quote online for my iPhone 5s (which was significantly better than the other sites were offering), I received correspondence from one of their representatives instructing me on how to ship my phone to them. I shipped it expeditiously, and received an additional $5 for my timeliness. As soon as they received my phone, they put the money into my PayPal account. The entire process took less than a week. If I need to sell another device, I will check with them first.

I had white iPhone 5C in excellent condition. They promised one amount and then came down to a lesser amount, saying my phone had a pinkish cast on the screen (meaning LCD problems)...they emailed me photos to show me. Only thing is...the photos they sent were of a yellow iPhone 5C and not my white one. They tried to say it was just bad photography but no way....that was a photo of a yellow phone and mine was definitely white. I agreed to the lesser amount but probably will not used them again, as I do feel like they did a switch on me.
