I genuinely never write reviews but this has been the worst experience I have had with an online 'retailer'.
It took weeks to get any sort of response, I was then promised that my order was on the way only to wait longer for any type of confirmation.
I requested a refund a number of times and the all of a sudden received my order out of the blue. The products are awful quality, and not even the same as the pictures on the website so you simply get a completely different scam product.
Do not waste your time or take a chance, it simply isn't worth the frustration. I am still waiting on a response to see if I can get the refund I asked for a month ago

!!! SCAM - If something comes its poor quality, but most of time nothing comes - SCAM !!!

But they dont use this name anymore, now they are techweargiant.com they removed letter "s"

the product was never delivered, and there is no answer from them of what happened, I contacted via email and instagram and there was never an answer

The packaging was done really well. I recommend using their in site message service for questions and returns because I got a large when I ordered a medium, and simply messaging them they agreed to do a return and replacement of a small (because I thought a medium like I originally bought would still be to big.) Over all, great product and customer cervice.

Perfect customer support, and great design products, even the shipping time, is very good, the thing that took the most time was my local courier, they also took a lot of care for the packaging

Product arrived in 4 days, size was abit off but the material was good enough for the price

I must say that the customer service was nice. I ordered a jacket then changed my mind on buying it. I just asked if I can get a refund and after a couple of sentences I easily got it

Scam company. Items are nothing like advertised. Appalling quality and adult sized clothes would only be suitable for small children! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
No contact details or way of resolving.

Items arrived in 12 days. Some details not exactly as featured but otherwise, the quality is good. Sizes run small.

Scam company..

Advertise quality clothing then send you absolute rubbish that doesn’t resemble what you ordered .
No customer service, never reply, no refunds .

Umm I love their products ngl but I bought a mystery box 25 £ and its been 30 th day and its still not in carrier but very first they were telling me to check it but now they just blocked me on instagram I bought 2 jackets they were fine but that box is just a joke I think they just made it in web site they dont know how to do it or maybe they were just dropshippinf and They dont know what to do but just open my mails and give me information or refund u guys are just making your own company seems bad just change your customer support servise they just tell me shut and blocked me I m not saying they are scammer but They have priorities I guess They 7/24 support thing is bad they dont even chek their support mails and they might block you if you want info everyday

i got wrong package i paid for The Soldiers Pledge Long Handle Samurai Umbrella Sword and i got some package named necklace(ZG238-24K) but when i opened it there is no necklace too support ignored me i got no answers from anyone and no refund too

Was sent the wrong item which was half the price that I had paid for. Emailed, messaged and people began to reply, then when I said what the issue was ghosted me. I messaged on social media too and they blocked my account. I wasn't even asking for a refund, just to have the jacket swapped for what I actually ordered. Really upset as it was a birthday present, and I spent way more than I normally would've because online it looked great, but got totally ripped off. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Not worth the price. Bought a jacket. Item felt cheap,thin fabric, uneven stitching, made in China and had an unpleasant smell. Comparable to temu and shein quality

The package was not delivered although the tracker mark it as "delivered"(to where nobody knows), after MONTHS of being ignored, they told me that in 48 they would issue a refund, weeks have passed and still nothing. Scam, stay away from them

Rude and aggressive customer service team. Definitely avoid at any cost!!! Wish I could add a picture of the messages from the team so you could see how rude they are!

It's a rather good shop! I'm satisfied with clothes they sell, delivery time and work of the support.
Quality of the clothes is also great.

The only thing I can mention as a point of improvement is sizing guides. They can be different for some goods, e.g. in some you have Chinese and Russian descriptions, in other Chinese and English. There is at least one product where size S is present, but not mentioned in sizing guide.

Everything else is super cool!

The company is a scam. They advertise that they have world-class quality and send you cheap products that are nowhere close to calling them quality. Their customer service is a joke. They have written on their website "We want all our customers to be satisfied with their order. If there is an issue with the quality of your order, we wil offer a full refund." When I requested a refund for the poor quality clothes I was sent, the customer service told me "Show me where it is written?" and started to argue that for the price they are actually good. The company seems to be run by a bunch of 13-year-olds who are just lying to people. I was really happy that I found such a creative and good brand only to be disappointed. Techweargiants is nothing but a scam. QUALITY and customer service are a joke to them. They should not be allowed to do business.

Ordered and paid online.
It’s been two+ weeks, the order is not tracking and is “lost” although the country where it should have been delivered is not even on the list on the tracking website. It looks like there never has been an order.

The customer support said everything is ok, then started playing with me when I asked for a refund (“Heads or tales?” - a quote from what they responded to me.)

After a week they said the order is “lost” and they need to close it and it might take a while. They did not give any timeline on this and ignore this question for several days.

I started talking to support on June 4th, today is June 28th and the thing is not sorted🫠

If you want to pay your money, get nothing and get played while trying to get a refund, this is the store for you.

This is definitely one of the better techwear stores i've bought from. had a lot of bad experiences with techwear stores in the past such as techwear club, so was glad to find this store is legit and the products arrived as described. Would recommend
