This has been one of the worst online…Warning for EU/international customers considering Warner Music Store Australia.

This has been one of the worst online purchasing experiences I have had.

I placed a vinyl pre-order months before release and requested cancellation shortly after ordering. Despite this, cancellation was refused outright under a strict “no change of mind” policy. There is zero flexibility, even at a very early stage before shipment.

For EU customers, this is a major issue. Unlike EU consumer law, there is no meaningful cooling-off period being applied here. Once the order is placed, you are locked in immediately.

On top of that, import duties and additional international costs are not clearly factored into the purchase experience, meaning the real total cost is significantly higher than advertised.

Their terms also place full responsibility on the customer for issues such as refusing delivery due to customs charges, returned shipments, or similar situations, with no clear refund protection in many cases.

In practice, this means:

No cancellation even shortly after ordering
No change-of-mind protection
Full exposure to international shipping and customs risks
Extremely limited buyer protection for EU customers

This is not a consumer-friendly setup for international buyers and is far below the standard many people in the EU are used to when shopping online.

Based on this experience, I strongly advise EU customers to avoid ordering from this store, especially pre-orders.

I will not be ordering from them again.

If possible I would give zero stars…

If possible I would give zero stars WORST PEOPLE EVER TO ORDER FROM! Ordered from them in December so I understand the Christmas rush yet no matter how many emails I wrote in January/feb I never got an email back. I had called at least 2 times very fortnight to find out where my package is over 3 MONTHS and every time they told it’s coming next week. Absolutely ridiculous save yourself the trouble don’t buy anything from them cause you won’t get it.

WORST 'SERVICE' EVER

WORST. SERVICE. EVER! I would give them ZERO stars if I could. I ordered $225 of products and they made no effort to update me on the order. I had to contact them to get an update after many weeks. They said its 'on back order' and then gave NO update as to whether it would even be shipped this year!- then they totally ignored every email I sent to them to get any updates! They totally lack any customer 'service' and 1 month later they havent even refunded my money! Steer clear of this website! Warner Music Australia = dreadful experience!

Worst online purchasing experience I've ever had

Purchasing from Warner Music Australia has been the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. They do not ship orders on time, they don’t reply to emails, and they don’t answer phone calls. My order was shipped so late that I had to buy the same item from another store.

I’ve been trying to get a simple return label for weeks, and they still haven’t responded. Every time I call customer service, they say they will email the return label — and they never do. I’ve called more than 12 times.

I will never purchase from this store again, and I strongly recommend that others don’t either.

Service client inexistant, à fuir !!!

J'ai commandé 3 vinyles sur le site de Warner Music Australie qui sont arrivés dans un état déplorable. J'ai envoyé un mail de réclamation sans jamais recevoir de réponse. Fuyez ce site, le service client est inexistant !!

Warner Music Australia Store -World’s Worst Customer Relations?

Warner Music Australia Store is atrocious.Don’t ship in promised time frame.By far the highest shipping charges in Australia.
Worst of all they NEVER respond to email enquires and have removed all other methods of contacting them.
I used them quite regularly until 18 months ago when it all went off the cliff.I must have forgotten about how bad they had become and used them again.My advice is find any alternative retailer.
Edit.Rather than reply to euro store email public is better.
Finally contacted them by phone.Turns out they don’t have stock despite the web site saying it is in stock since the day I ordered.Typical.Cancelled.
Memo to self.Never ever use them again.
Also every year they send me a code for a birthday present discount.No matter what item you put it with you get a message saying it is not valid for that item.
