This has been one of the worst online purchasing experiences I have had.
I placed a vinyl pre-order months before release and requested cancellation shortly after ordering. Despite this, cancellation was refused outright under a strict “no change of mind” policy. There is zero flexibility, even at a very early stage before shipment.
For EU customers, this is a major issue. Unlike EU consumer law, there is no meaningful cooling-off period being applied here. Once the order is placed, you are locked in immediately.
On top of that, import duties and additional international costs are not clearly factored into the purchase experience, meaning the real total cost is significantly higher than advertised.
Their terms also place full responsibility on the customer for issues such as refusing delivery due to customs charges, returned shipments, or similar situations, with no clear refund protection in many cases.
In practice, this means:
No cancellation even shortly after ordering
No change-of-mind protection
Full exposure to international shipping and customs risks
Extremely limited buyer protection for EU customers
This is not a consumer-friendly setup for international buyers and is far below the standard many people in the EU are used to when shopping online.
Based on this experience, I strongly advise EU customers to avoid ordering from this store, especially pre-orders.
I will not be ordering from them again.
