Teddy Baldassarre Opiniões

The watch is a thing of beauty! Great size/design and bespoke looking watch!
Only gripe is the size of the case!
Could have made it slightly larger on the inside!

Teddy never disappoints! The customer service is exceptional from start to finish—from the easy ordering process to the fast shipping. Their inventory is also incredibly impressive. I highly recommend them.

Awesome experience. Kara was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Great! Will order again

Informative and quick email responses to my question before the sale. With Teddy, I can be sure I’m getting the real deal and not a counterfeit (unfortunately prevalent online).

Just received my Seiko Presage cocktail time and it's a gorgeous watch. Teddy's content and knowledge got me to purchase my first automatic watch and already looking for my next. Kara was also a huge help in me deciding.

I had a shipping issue which was quickly resolved . Great customer service .Also the watch was shipped expeditiously and was received in pristine shape. All in all it was a great experience and their customer relations manager (Andrew)was superior!

My mom bought me a MIDO watch through Teddy’s website as a graduation present. The buying process was smooth and Will B. was very helpful and nice during chat. Definitely recommend buying from Teddy!

Great quality strap at a really reasonable price. Fast shipping too!

The website is easy to navigate and all the watches specs and information is easy to see. Quality photos as well. Overall I'm very happy with my shopping experience with Teddy.

My name is Patti and I have nothing but praise to give to the Teddy Baldassarre store with my most recent transaction I made for the purchase of a new Ball Engineer M Marvelight (NM9032C-S1CJ-BE) to give to my husband. The whole online buying experience was perfect as I cannot say enough how much I appreciated the professionalism I received both by email as well as phone with Teddy Baldassarre and his sales team. They are just a great watch dealership to do business with! My husband absolutely loves his new watch and here is what he has to say about it. “I just absolutely love my new Ball watch and cannot say enough how much I appreciate my dear loving wife for getting something like this for me! What really blew my mind was when I first put it on my wrist, it fit perfectly as there will be no bracelet adjustments needed. Honestly I’m totally smitten by it as this watch is an absolute stunning showpiece and just love that gorgeous blue sunburst dial!! A huge thank you to the Teddy Baldassarre store for everything!”

When I heard that Teddy was selling fine timpieces online I was very excited. We do not live in an urban area near a city where you qould normally have to go to find such type of store. Knowing that it is Teddy the one I am buying from adds trust and confidence to my purchase. I hope Teddy is able to sell Rolex at some point in the future, because I would be able to have trust in the authenticity of the timepiece. The shopping experience was seamless and the virtual assistant gave me a discount. Here you will trully get an authentic luxury timepiece without having to have it authenticated by a third party.

I had an excellent experience purchasing my Certina DS Diver 38mm Titanium from this website. The communication throughout the process was outstanding, and they kept me informed every step of the way. Shipping was fast, the watch arrived exactly as described, and it was packaged securely. It's refreshing to deal with a company that provides both great customer service and reliable delivery. I would definitely buy from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality watch and a smooth purchasing experience.

Thanks again for the great service!

Selection and delivery

Teddy is the best. Great people. Knowledgeable staff. Helpful at every turn. Ive made 3 purchases online. I cant wait to visit the store soon and add #4..

Easy to order, Fast Shipping. Carrier not the best. Second timepiece from Teddy and I'll be back.

Awesome watch at a great price. Was very quick shipping as in it shipped same day and it was free to boot.
Have watched several of Teddy's videos online and he comes across as a business that I would like to deal with. Will absolutely be purchasing again in the future.

I might not have bought one of the most pricey pieces, but hey, us little people gotta get there on time too!

I picked up the Seiko HBC002 Prospex Sea GMT. Exactly what I was looking for. Quick and simple.

Great price and speedy service. Very happy with my purchase.
