Teddy is a fun and educative coach. He challenges me to do new exercises, pushes me to hit new PBs and levels, all while explaining the importance of the exercise. Very helpful and not to mention the best playlist for the classes!

I was looking for a PT to help me get back into a gym routine / train for a 1/2 marathon. What I received was over and above what I expected and exactly what I needed. Emeka is knowledgeable and really cares about his clients! He created a personalised and sustainable plan through a convenient app, brings great energy to every session, provides regular encouragement/check ins and has helped me to overcome my mental blockers. Because of TeddyB Fitness, fitness is now integrated into my lifestyle and the results have been amazing! Couldn’t be happier.

My main goal for going to the gym was gaining more muscle and strength training. Being new to the gym I made the best decision getting a pt and I’ve such as great experience with Emeka. He has been very helpful and the blend of pt sessions and using he’s online training app has really helped, already I’ve seen a lot of differences in the time we’ve been training. I’ve able to familiarise myself with a lot the equipments in the gym and gain the confidence to also go myself with the help of the online training. I really recommend training with Emeka his sessions are really helpful and he tailors everything to your needs and goals!

Restarted weight training after a long hiatus of 10 years in July last year with Emeka. His training was very structured and helped me get back into the groove. Emeka also thought me some new cooler things in weight training and emphasised the importance of functional training as part of weight training. Overall Emeka is an awesome coach who customises the programme based on the participants goals and strengths and weaknesses.

I’ve received some great advice from this guy about training, he’s always happy to help with any questions and has a great attitude towards life and training. Would recommend 100% for anybody looking for a trainer

I really enjoyed the 121 coaching sessions with Teddy B, he is thorough and knows what he is doing. Asides from the changes I saw within a month of training with him he gave free tips and advice for my dieting which went a long way!

Went on a hike and the pre-hike stretch was led by Emeka. He was very professional and patient. He not only showed us what to do but explained the importance of stretching before the hike.

Teddy is an outstanding personal trainer who I can’t recommend highly enough. I’ve had the opportunity of working with him in two different capacities. I took part in Teddy’s running boot camp which completely transformed my fitness. When I started, I could barely run 5k and was struggling with knee pain, however thanks to Teddy I ended up achieving a 10k time I didn’t think was possible. I have since trained with Teddy in the gym to build muscle and the progress has been incredible—so much so that even my family and friends have noticed!

Super professional personal trainer who makes you feel at ease. Teddy plans ahead and continuously switches things up so there is variety between each session. When the going gets tough, he even joins in to keep the motivation and tempo up!
