I received my Ultimatum bag a few weeks ago! It’s beautiful and very well made. You can totally tell it’s very high quality and how all the details were thought through!
Tefors was also very transparent during the process and communicated consistently.
I’d definitely recommend them and would buy from them again.

The bag is really thoughtfully designed.Quality of used materials seems to last long. I have ordered few extras what makes it even more versatile and useful; have been using it just for few weeks and I’m quite happy with it although have not tried all those options and tricks. Not giving it full 5 stars have its reason though.
1) magnetic fix inside of bag for those two extra smaller pouches are tight and when zipping up the bag the one closer to bottom tends to disconnect. Having the outer zipper not released and using the inner thin thin messenger insert
2) there was no instructions how to use what parts especially the extras I ordered along. Had to figure it out myself or watching videos where some exhibits differ from the ones I ordered (little details though)
3) back to the inner magnets for fixing extra bags / inserts. They are designed to have two specific bags next to each other. I do use mostly one for them for “camera” and leaving rest just open space and access to other little pockets. Wouldn’t it be more flexible to spread those side magnets in a way that having just one bag inside in the middle would leave room around for other freely put items and even allow to reach from outside pocket ? Would move it more in the middle away from edges where the zipping tension occurs, too.
4) if I want to reach Camera from outside little pocket then obviously the magnets cannot do. I need to turn it around, leave open and then the magnets don’t fit at all - being deeper; might be going wrong somewhere and again instruction manual could help a lot with tips and how to steps
5) had been waiting long time and claimed saving against retail was not real true as there were discounts offered before I received mine; release of vintage saffiano made me a bit regretting as that model looks best indeed

Overall I’m happy and congrats on achievement; must had been hard. Keep it up and improve ;) … wish you all the good luck. I will manage my ultimatum despite those little imperfections.

We have recieved our amazing bags and are using them on our long haul trip as our offices. The quality of the leather and all the little details like expanding the back pack , love the internal bags and how they clip in the help keep everything organized. Look forward to many happy years and trips with these bags.

I wanted to express my utmost satisfaction upon receiving the bag I ordered. It is truly an exceptional piece! From the moment I opened the black box, I could sense that I was about to receive something special. The aroma of genuine leather filled the air, and the bag's sturdy construction and remarkable color immediately caught my eye. Every zipper has been meticulously designed, making it the best bag I have ever laid my eyes on. You have truly done a fantastic job, and it was worth every penny of the $400 I paid for it.

However, I must share my experience during the process from January until now. At times, I genuinely believed I had fallen victim to a scam and was concerned about receiving a refund. I urge you to exercise caution and avoid making promises regarding delivery times that are not feasible. This is intended as constructive criticism. Now that I am pleased with the bag, I might consider purchasing from you again. Nevertheless, I do not wish to encounter miscommunication, delays, or additional shipping costs in the future. It is imperative that you address these issues and remain attentive to them for future projects.

Let us focus on the positive aspects now. I must reiterate how impressed I am with the bag. The quality of the materials is outstanding, and the design is simply mind-blowing. I cannot wait to start using it from now on. Once again, thank you for delivering an exceptional product.

Participating in this project was a very dangerous support for me, who is not good at English.

Still, I was attracted to this bag and decided to support it, but I can't deny that every time I saw other supporters' posts on the support bulletin board, my anxiety grew.

A long time has passed since the offer of help and the payment. Around the beginning of July, I finally found a message from another supporter that the product had arrived, and I was also looking forward to its arrival. However, after the tracking status of the logistics company was updated to the shipment, further updates were lost even in the last week of July. So I decided to send an inquiry email to the support address.

A few days after receiving a reply saying that the package would arrive in Japan in about a week after customs clearance, a second problem was discovered. I was informed that my home address was registered incorrectly due to trouble with a logistics company and that it was pending in DC.

Luckily, I was able to get in touch with DC immediately and finally pick up my bag.

I've been using it for about a month now, and I'm very satisfied with how it works.

If I hadn't summoned up the courage to inquire at that time, it might have been thrown away without being delivered.

Additional taxes to pay. This company is the worst I met. Nothing is clear,

I received my bag after a few too many emails were exchanged. the delivery partner in my country was not a good choice and communication from Tefors left a lot to be desired.

I am happy with the way the bag looks and feels.
For the price point, I believe the adverts were a bit miss leading, or my expectations were set too high.

Not a bad bag, just not enough value for money for me!

A great bag in an awesome quality. Doesn't matter if you work, travel or hit the gym. Even if you do all together.

The quality is awesome and it has a lot of nice features I missed with other bags.

Received my Ultimatum bag and I've already made it my daily. The design is super sleek and I think opting for the expedition shoulder pads is a must because they make it a lot more comfortable.

I must have purchased one of the last 48Hr Switch bags in stock because I haven't seen it available since. I couldn't be happier with my bag. The leather has gotten a patina that makes it even nicer than it was when I received it. I travel abroad every month for work and it's my go to carry on bag.

Just received mine here in the UK and it was so worth the wait. It ooozes quality! As others have mentioned the zips are stiff to start with but this is a seriously good bag. It is going to get plenty of use!

Backer of Ultimatum bag on kickstarter here to share my experiences with the bag. Its been great to use it daily so far, I did get the extra cushioned pads so I can't attest to the stock ones, but it has been a very comfortable bag to wear especially as a taller bigger guy the straps have enough adjustments to be comfortable, and then still had alot more room to adjust further which is something I rarely find in bags. The bag delivery date was delayed but if youve ever used kickstarter thats true for 99% of projects so thats just kind of how it goes on the platform. It was worth the wait though, the bag is beautiful and when it was shipped I noticed the briefcase handle was kind of crinkled from the box it came in, and I also noticed it on other peoples pics/videos of their unboxing but I can tell you that the handle goes back to its normal shape after a few days so that made me happy. 5/5, my only disappointment with Tefors is I would like to buy some of their other products but their webstore is out of stock of most items.

I backed 2 campaigns and received Black&Olive and Vintage Saffiano separately. They took about 10 days to arrive in UK from shipping notification
Both are very different in textures. I am quite happy with Black&Olive texture, but having received Vintage Saffiano I found texture of Saffiano is much better.

What I liked:
- excellent work in details
- pockets are everywhere
- many ways to use in a different situations

Can be improved:
- camera cube needs expandable function for enough space to store non-mirrorless camera
- metal rings for food cube so that add-on staps can be attached easily
- function to attach smart organizer at the upper end so that organizer works as a inner rid
- (about packing) because of tight packing handle at the longer edge is squeezed and it is kind of M-shape now

Avobe points are pretty minor and apart form the, I would say they are master piece.

Orders my bag on kickstater and received it just a little delay compare to others projets.
The bag looks great, we can feel the leather and the quality.
I recomand it.

Received my bag and very happy with the black Saffiano. Really classy and so many areas for storage. It did take a while to receive the order when the anticipated date of shipping was in April (arrived in July). However, it is worth the wait. We did receive updates (7 of them) during the time and some are still receiving their bags at time of writing this review. However, since I have been using the bag for a week now, I was wondering if it is still possible to order additional accessories since they are really good quality — i.e the expandable bag and the camera/food bag. You will like it when you receive the bag!

I just received my ultimatum bad and I couldn't be happier with it. It's sublime and I like it a lot. I also appreciate the excellent communication during the creation and shipping phase etc. So definitely a recommend!

I just received my bag and I couldn't be more happy with it. I purchased it from kickstarter, the wait time was a bit longer then anticipated but overall it was worth the wait! The quality is amazing and most definitley worth the money.
