Had a bit of an ordering mishap with Tegs, but they made it right.
Completely satisfied.
I order a lot of tools online and most other retailers would have just gone and cancelled my order accompanied with a standard apology for the inconvenience. Tegs really went the extra mile in making this order happen.
Another thing I noticed as well, they know how to safely pack things for shipping. Much more so than most retailers in my opinion.

I was so happy to have found this company on-line. Excellent service, wonderful staff, and items ordered were trackable and delivered in a very quick time. I highly recommend this company...they were a pleasure to do business with!

The items ordered online were shipped quickly and tracking information was provided. One of the items was the wrong item but return shipping was quickly provided and the proper item sent out right away.

Very happy with Makita Combo-pack
Very happy with Makita Combo-pack. At checkout there seemd to be a choice of generous bonus items. Turned out be a mistake but TEGS provided an extra Li-ion 4A battery as good will. Well handled. Shipment was very fast and everything arrived in good shape. Price was competitive.

Be Careful
Advertised free shipping on purchases of $150.00 or more I ordered an item that was 229.00 they called and said shipping would be an extra $40.
Told them no and ordered from another Company and they shipped it free. Very deceitful.

Thanks for your feedback however you are mistaken. If you read our free shipping policy you will see that you would require a minimum order of $149 before tax AND the package must weight under 50 pounds. There are also exceptions when items may fall under those requirements however the package is over sized.
From our shipping policy: "Heavy & Excluded Items - Unfortunately, orders in excess of 50 pounds or over over sized packages are excluded from our free freight policy."
We would never intentionally try to deceive anyone, I do apologize if you feel that way.
