The Customer Comes First at Tegs!
Outstanding service and support! I found a lower price for the same tool kit from another supplier the same day that I received my shipment from Tegs and they refunded the difference... No questions asked! Needless to say I'm going to continue to give my business to a company that offers that level of customer support! Great website. Great service!

Gabe Chaimovitz from the customer service has been really helpful. Only reason I gave four star was because the delivery service was complicated. The carrier forgot to deliver it to my door I had to call to ask them to deliver my order to my door. They told me that the product was delivered for 3 days while clearly it wasnt.

Item ordered online Aug. 1, 2018.
Email received Aug. 2 - "Order Processing"
Checked order status Aug. 7 - still "processing"
Sent email (sales @ tegstools . com) requesting estimated ship date Aug. 7.
No response to email by end of business day Aug. 8 - only an auto-generated email asking "How many stars would you give tegstools.com?".
Until I receive a shipment confirmation, verified by UPS tracking, after one week of waiting, I can't honestly say this has been a smooth transaction. Nothing can make up for the ignored email...

Hi Mark, unfortunately automated emails are not always timed correctly and we do apologize for that. The request for review isn’t supposed to be sent until after the order has shipped.
The item you ordered was clearly stated as back ordered which generally requires 7-10 days before we receive at our store and can ship it out. Your email was received regarding at ETA request and wasn’t ignored. We stive to respond to emails within one business day.
In fact the product arrived today and is expected to ship tomorrow. You’ll receive an email tomorrow with tracking information once it’s available.

I was looking for a Milwaukee battery…
I was looking for a Milwaukee battery chainsaw so I found this company that had some in stock. When I called I was asking some more information and wow I was very shocked. The gentleman that answered the phone help out alot. So I purchased it. Cant wait to used it. And yes I would recommend to buy from this company. Delivery was fast and pricing was great. Thank you.

Good People Good Business
The staff at Tegs is great, their communication on orders is very good and fast.
Their pricing is usually pretty good, the odd time they'll be more expensive but all the other benefits of working with them outweigh the difference.
We have been ordering from them regularly since early 2017 and have nothing negative to say.
