I have been a customer for several years and just want to say that Tejas Beads are consistently excellent quality, and the customer service exceptional!

I have been purchasing semi-precious and metal beads from Tejas Beads for more than 2 years. My experience consistently has been positive. The items I receive are as described and pictured on the website. The chemistry of the individual stones, facts such as whether beads have been enhanced or heat-treated (vs. entirely in their natural state), specifics such as bead diameters and available cuts or bead shapes, hole diameters, the length of each strand and/or number of beads per strand, etc., all are carefully detailed. If I have had a question, my emails are answered promptly by customer service. In addition, discount sales are offered frequently, and clearance items always are available. Further, I never have received items as quickly from any other company; Tejas Beads typically ships the day I place my order, and beads arrive carefully packaged. The sets I make are given as presents. As the gifts are opened and the beads are handled, the most frequent response I receive is a very reinforcing, "Wow!" Finally, I appreciate that Tejas Beads shares the designs created by their customers via a revolving carousel at the bottom of the home page.

The quality of their beads is always top notch and shipping is always very fast. I am so glad I found Tejas Beads.

I ordered beads and after several days of my order not showing picked up, I reached out to customer service. They responded within a couple hours which was amazing. I was assured that my order shipped but if the tracking didn't show movement, they would do a mail search which they did. Not only that but they did it on their own without me continuously reaching out. I received the beads, and they are beautiful, but more than that, the customer service is impeccable! This will be my go-to for beads from now on.

Their site is very easy to navigate, their descriptions are accurate, pictures are of high quality and checkout is easy. To top it all they ship really fast and they provide different discount levels along with free shipping for over $50 (this is rare). Their customer service is very responsive, proactive, and helpful…really so lucky I discovered them… I am a satisfied returning customer and I hope this remains a positive relationship. I was trying to find real gemstone beads that were not too expensive. This company is great. The selection, the description and everything was as described. Extremely happy, have ordered from them 3 more times and plan to again. Shipped very carefully and wrapped in bubble wrap and in a sturdy box. Highly recommend!

I thought these beads were bigger and Individual size but their not their connected to a string. They are also darker then they look in the picture.
