Teknomek continue to be my go-to…
Teknomek continue to be my go-to supplier for stainless steel equipment, either off the shelf or bespoke fabrication. The quality of the products is consistently excellent, pricing is competitive, and lead times are always excellent, especially considering some of the custom requirements we’ve had.
Most recently, they supported us with a bespoke order and the whole process was straightforward from start to finish. Communication was great throughout.
Special mention to Jon, who was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout. Excellent customer service and a real credit to the business.
Would highly recommend Teknomek to anyone looking for high-quality hygienic stainless steel solutions.

Amazing service with next day delivery!
Jon was able to turn around two items for delivery the next day, including an item that required customisation with an expected lead time of a week.
The items were onsite and installed in less than 24 hours after the initial call to order! Very impressed with the work and thankful to Jon and the entire team who got this done to ensure no hold up in our production.

Really happy with my recent experience dealing with Teknomek. From requesting a price to the order being confirmed was handled very quickly and efficiently by Jon. I deal with a lot of suppliers and customer service from some leaves a lot to be desired so very refreshing to feel your business is valued.

The invitations are sent out automatically, so hadn't been updated for your individual order. I can confirm that your order was shipped on Friday 15th March and will arrive Tuesday 19th March.

They don't want business -Unless you complain
15MAR24 waited over two weeks for a quote, after sending our company shipping details. No one ever got back to me. I was asking if custom sizing was available. I went on the chat option today to revisit and see if they offered custom sizing. The rep. first had ME prove that I had asked before (I sent screenshots) THEN told me they don't offer custom sizes. I asked if he could send a quote for three of the largest size. His response was the shipping would be expensive. If I'm paying the shipping, I don't see why that is an issue. I would love to attach screenshots to show exactly how rude this rep. was, but you don't have that option. The general tone was that me wanting to buy this was a huge bother.
20MAR24 Since leaving this review, a customer service manager has been working with me. Everything has gone very well and I was provided a quote. She has very quickly and thoroughly answered the product questions I had. I raised from a one star to a three because she does keep asking me to update this review. I would have liked to wait until I can actually order the product and see the quality. Then I would have enough information to write a full review.
