Spares availability
A very good company I am sure but my experience suggests website spares stock availability may not match reality I would advise a phone call.

Hi Brian, thank you for your review, we appreciate the feedback.
Our team would like to sincerely apologise for the confusion with our current stock availability displayed online and the inconvenience this may have caused you. We are in the process of updating our internal systems for better stock management going forward. Unfortunately, this is not yet reflected on our current website as a result of a technical hiccup in the transition from old to new systems.
I assure you that we are working on this imminently and hope to have it resolved over the next week with the launch of a new customer interface for a more accurate buying process. In the interim, please contact our Spares Department to get accurate information on all combustion equipment enquiries.
