Tenders UK are an enthusiastic company employing a professional and competent group of individuals with a proven track record for successful projects.

The quick turnaround, attention to detail and quality of output was exceptional. I was also impressed with their focus which was really useful.

Tenders UK were excellent to work with and we would have absolutely no reservations to instantly use them again. Bruce was very supportive, calm and methodical in his work and was able to spot the gaps in our responses that we thought we had covered. The timings were never a problem and Bruce made himself available at all times. I know that with their support we submitted the best tender response that we were able to submit. Tenders UK had been recommended to me by another NHS Trust. I have worked with external bid teams before with varying results. Whilst Tenders UK fees were undoubtedly expensive (compared with other organisations I received quotes from), I would say that this was entirely worth it. They were able to mobilise quickly and helped us submit a bid to very challenging timescales that had we not had them involved I don't think would have been the case. They understood the opportunities quickly, they asked pertinent questions and they had a huge ability in structuring strong and clear responses when they were swimming in a sea of confusing information provided by us. Working with Tenders UK has been a positive experience, leading to us winning a £4m contract, and hopefully leading to more.

I have used Tender UK for the past 2 / 3 years . They have helped us win 3 big contracts. All the team I have dealt with are professional and courteous. The thing I like about them is that they do what they say they will. They try where possible to use the same team member if they are helping with 2nd tender so that you do not have to repeat all the information. They are clear about what they need us to do and the timescales for getting information back to them.
