I was really impressed by how quickly the whole tender process was handled. Eve, who managed the bid writing for us, stayed in constant contact and checked everything with me before submission. I was also offered the option to pay in instalments, which you don’t usually get with other bid writers. I highly recommend Bespoke — they made the entire process easy and had almost everything completed within a week. Our organisation will definitely use them again

Shara Syeda as the lead consultant on our bid along with her team have been exceptional and wonderful throughout the entire process and understood our needs. We contacted Bespoke Bids regarding a contract we really wanted and had the pleasure of working with an awesome consultant called Tony. He made it a more personable by asking what our company really stands for and was able to incorporate this into all the answers for the bid. This tender required a lot of attachments and Tony was very organised, knowledgable and supportive throughout the whole process. He made sure to double check everything over with us. We had an issue creating our CDP profile. He put a quick call in to go through this. We did have a blocker, to which he reached out to the wider team and was able to support us in getting the created.
I can not express how much weight Tony lifted off our shoulders. This was a big bid for us, and he made the entire process smooth. He was there at every step, and gave us the opportunity to add anything else. Where he felt our points were not strong, he provided additional guidance. Before he submitted the bid, he made sure we were happy with everything. After submitted he provided a detailed step as to what to look out for and what to expect. We do greatly appreciate, as it helped give us a little heads up and not feel overwhelmed.
I’ve worked with a few professionals over the years but Tony from bespoke bids has topped it off. I’m not sure if I am allowed to mention this but it’s worth while mentioning the company is not money hungry. Had an issue with our account, discussed with the accounts team and they kindly agreed to put a payment plan in place. This alone showed us how different they are. I would 10000% recommend them. And if you want to secure a Bid - ASK FOR TONY, HE IS THE MAN!
