I cannot say enough great things about the customer service -- this company is one in a million.

But what brings me to make time for this review is the company - customer support and integrity. I'm a small firm, and that usually drops me back to the nearly nonexistent level of customer support in the world. That has never been my experience with Termageddon. I can email Hans with an issue or question, and know that he's on it - courteous and generous, as if I were a much bigger firm.

It's rare and appreciated - I don't know how they do that - and I'm so glad to be involved with Termageddon as a company, and to have access to such a great product.
