You ignored my request completely
You ignored my request completely
I realized I bought the incorrect item, I thought it was already mixed together with THC ready to refill THC vape pen cartridges.
After placing my order I sent an email to your info@ email address to request for cancelation and to not deliver the order.
This did not happen and I received the item last week.
It is unopened and will remain that way as I do not have the means to mix or extract any of the other ingredients required to utilize.
Im happy to return the item.

Could you please elaborate as to what you requested as there were no extra notes added to your order #12371 at checkout , We have also tried phoning you to try find out what the request was as the order was delivered already but we are unable to get hold of you.
