Good stock, very good brands, easy to find items and easy check out, maybe just a little bit expensive about the shippment service, i mean maybe you can offer a free charge shipping on purchases over xxx amount. But everything was very good.
Rip off!
I ordered a tool from this company in November and it is now January. The order status on their web site shows that my tool has not been shipped. There is a link on my order page to leave a message but it is a huge black hole to waste time. I would recommend anyone to shop elsewhere if they want anything for their money!
Update: within an hour of posting this review, the company also responded to an email I sent them out of frustration. They now say that they are sending it and I should expect it in 17 days. I paid over $8 for shipping of a pair of wire cutters, and 17 days after a long delay is the best they can do.

I have placed two orders and have not received either item yet. When I ask about the items, I either get excuses or I don't get any response at all. They seem to have the items that I need, when no one else does, but that doesn't do me any good if the shipment never comes.

Easy ordering, fast delivery. The only thing I would suggest is to use the email support function instead of the online chat. I left a message while online chat was away and followed up the next day. I was on the online chat for over 20minutes without any acknowledgement of anyone online even though it said they were. They were very responsive via email though.

Ordered part on 10-27 2020. Not shipped as of today 11-6 2020. Placed two phone calls, no answer left message. Sent email, no return. Left phone message, no return.

However, a shipping cost of $40 for items totaling less than a pound in weight and under 6" x 6" in dimension is excessive! No option available to enter our companies UPS number to save on shipping costs.
2 Price Increases After Order Placed And Paid
Purchased and paid for an item on the web site. The next day the order was cancelled and I was notified there was a $50 price increase. The following day I received notification there was an additional $32 price increase.

The picture was something completely different for what I got and so was the brand.
Was told they had stock, they didn't
I wrote them to see if they had the item, Nicole wrote back and said they had 6 in stock. So I placed my order on 8/3, and it went into "Waiting on Shipping" for days. When I wrote them about it they said it would drop ship from the manufacturer and I would get it by 8/14, but I had previously canceled an order from the manufacturer since they said they were out of stock, and wouldn't have any until 8/24. This is not a hot seller, and I placed my order within minutes of them telling me they had 6 in stock. They did not have stock, and I won't get it when they say. They also don't answer the phone. I have told them to cancel the order twice so far. Of course, they have already charged me, and they need to refund that too, now. I'll plan to update this to report.
2.5 weeks later, no refund no parts
1. said they had stock, they did not
2. said it would ship from the manufacturer and that I would get it by 8/15, but the mfg already said they had no stock and would not until 8/28, and even then they would not have enough to fill all orders
3. said they would cancel order, refund my money, and send me an email to confirm. They did none of these things
4. said the product had already shipped, and that they would send me the tracking number 'tomorrow', I have received nothing, and did not get a tracking number even after emailing them again.
I would recommend not doing business with this company. I have never been apparently lied to, nor treated in such a bad way by any company before.
