I was excited about the price of the set of mitutoyo adjustable parallels and ordered them. Then received an email stating it was a fifteen week wait for the order to ship.

Can´t get contact with anybody
I made a purchase for an Adam Equipment 104008036 Balance Antivibration Table with Order #5428, suposely was available, and when I asked for status I got an email that will be able for shipping until february 2022.
I needed the table inmediately, I can´t wait until february so I prefer to cancel the purchase.
I sent email with no answer, I sent a message on the webpage with no answer and I called several times but nobody answer.
I need to cancel ASAP

I have tried for two days to contact you by phone and have gotten no answer and no voice mail. Shipping charges were twice as much as the item I purchased. I tried calling to give payment over the phone and to give our shipping account to use for shipping. Finally gave up.

The parts i needed in a timely manner, thanks Test Equipment USA.

Sent the wrong item, and they don't return emails to correct the problem.

I bought a package of 40 screws for the back of my MSA CL2 gas detector for $13.00.
The shipping was almost $18.00 with the cheapest option. That is about $12.00 high for the shipping.
That makes it unlikely that I will order from here in the future.

Need to have inventory and current lead time on site.

There was no indication, when ordered online, that there would be a delay in shipping. After 5 days passed, I finally called for order status. 2 days ago, I was told "it will ship tomorrow". As of this writing, I don't know if it shipped or not.
