The process was easy and allowed me to complete a test in a quick and efficient manner. The results were delivered via text/email. The results were received sooner than anticipated. This was definitely a plus as the typical response for results to be delivered is 3-5 business days. Thank you for the quick response in providing the lab results/findings!

If it's affordable with someone, and obviously it is with me; It allows me to randomly come in for a few tests every month. Just that ability alone gives me an amazing feeling of security. And this last cycle more than anything assisted me in manners that i would say most people never have, until it's too late, or takes longer without the knowledge to take instant treatment and changes in a persons life. I really appreciate it.

Web site sent us to a site (Care Spot) that would not accept order. Said it had to be a Quest site only. Found Quest site and they took us (two orders) as walk-ins, but informed us they would not be accepting anything but appointments in the future. Your web site in badly in need of updating.

At site, receptionist was friendly, and very short wait, but lab technician was very impersonal.

I went to Health Testing Centers (services-healthtestingcenters-com/quest-appointments) and clicked on testing locations near 32606. The 4th listing from the top was: CareSpot-Gainesville. Website distance location was inaccurate as this CareSpot is less than a quarter mile from my actual location, and was chosen as first choice. Although it turns out there is a Quest site closer to us than the one visited, we had an unrelated appointment across the street from the utilized site, and they were willing to take us as a walk-in as they weren't busy at that moment. Hope this information is sufficient to see why we were directed to the wrong place.

Quick and Precise is a true description of the service this company provides. Their service was absolutely acceptable.

Was able to order myself some labs without a doctors order. Used my HSA funds and it was a quick and easy process. Very convenient and got my results back in less than 5 days.

Appointment was at 3pm, entry computer said they were experiencing a 3 minute delay, yet I was seen at 3:01pm. Great conversation with the Nurse Practitioner while she took my blood, she found a vein on the first poke and I was back in my car driving away in less than 10 minutes. I have been doing this for years, this is a great service. Thank you!

We are very thankful for the people at Health Testing Centers who helped us arrange an appointment at LabCorp for blood work. We had never had this kind of testing before, and they walked us through the procedure. They explained: cost, payment, location, and how to apply for certain tests. Health Testing Centers then sent our paperwork to LabCorp for our visit. Everything went smoothly. Thanks again.
