I ordered a laser sight on 9/17/2025. I still have not received the sight and my order shows delivered. When I requested a tracking number they sent one for something delivered in a different state on 9/15/2025, two days before I ordered the sight. I have sent dozens of help requests and emails and Helen responds saying give us one more chance and I'll send you a tracking number this week.

When I was in college, a laser this powerful was as big as a large suitcase, & weighed a ton (exaggeration). To have this laser be so powerful, fit in your hand, & work off batteries is amazing. Service is great! I emailed a couple of times & they respond quickly. Their prices can't be beat; I looked a lot.

Very bright laser and beam. Strong mounts, laser does not shift from recoil of a 12 gauge shotgun and holds zero. Use a good battery.

When my order did not arrive, I emailed the company, and my first email was actually answered. They promised to follow up. Every email since then has been an automated reply telling me to check a tracking number on a 504 blocked website. Now, I am not even getting a response.

The company claims to be in California, but the payment went through France, the Canadian office is in an apartment block, and the "tracking" URL is in China. I don't know if it is a total scam, but it certainly isn't a place to spend money.

WARNING: Please be aware that a fraudulent company going by the name of BeamQ is falsely representing themselves as RPMC Lasers. They have gone as far as quoting under RPMC Lasers name and using our TIN number for registration. Their bank information indicates Hong Kong. To be clear, RPMC is owned and operated in the USA. We have no affiliation with this company. They have no phone number on their website. This has been reported. Please be sure you talk to your suppliers before sending orders.

Fraud. Stay away.

We have ordered, paid and never received the goods. Hellen of BeamQ is responding until you have paid, and also pushing you to pay, after that she responds occasionally. She is telling us that the first parcel was lost and they are sending a second one, which also never arrived and so on. This is ongoing for over 4 month now. It will save you money, time and headache if you stay away from BeamQ

Hellen Smith of BeamQ laser has taken our money one month ago. She promised that she will ship in one week. Now after one month she is making excuses. She shipped our last order after two months after 100s of emails. She hide behind email and don't give her contact no to chat online to discuss order and support issues. We are badly stuck due to her unprofessional attitude towards the clients. She always makes excuses while citing one or another reason and disrespect her clients. She runs company from China with an address of USA where no company is located on Google map.. Those who are also stuck like us can try calling to one China no 13625719511 of Liang Ping which is she probably herself. Her products received are also kf cheap quality and stopped working after sometimes so it is suggested to stay away from her in your own interest.

Yes , this company is fraud. Don't buy and never buy from this supplier. My money around 1500 usd stuck. Escalating the matter further to their bank. It is a scam. Helen is also fraud.

they took my order and they send me a email saying they made a mistake with the price so i asked for refund no one responded to me i sent around 8 emails to beamq laser and nothing warning they keep your money and no refund this company is a scam and they are maggots

I paid and now they won't respond to my correspondence. I haven't received my item and it's been over a month since I made the purchase. It has also been over a month since anyone responded to my emails. The last time someone responded was when they told me to pay, and I did and now nothing. Stole my money with no intent to fulfill my order.
