Bought an aviator jacket from bikeweardirect recently. Outstanding quality and fit and all for a price that I couldn't quite believe.
Definitely a trusted seller that I'll be using again.

As the saying goes, it's not what happensn it's how it's dealt with that counts. I had a problem with my order and George and his manager bent over backwards to resolve it for me and it was resolved quickly and ensured I wasn't out of pocket. Plus the gear itself is great, so comfortable and excellent value for money. I would recommend Bike Direct to anyone.

Great company very responsive to the order, let me know re delivery and my son was the recipient of his leather bike jacket and was really happy with it. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from this company!

I purchased a pair of bike trousers earlier this year and jacket. Absolutely great fit no problem at all, comfortable and I will buy another pair of trousers pretty soon.

Unfortunately the item delivered had to be returned as not quite right for me.. No problem with quality etc.
Then the item got lost by the courier!
Contacted both courier and Bike Wear Direct. George at Bike Wear direct was excellent.. said they did not want me to wait for a refund from the courier and refunded the full amount even though it was not their fault.
Thankyou George and Bike Wear direct…I would highly recommend you due to your excellent customer service!

Spot on sizing, trousers in sale (maybe because cargo-pant style side pockets which may be useful). Product excellent, removable warm padded lining, tough zips and belt clasp, attachment zip exact same length as a Richa jacket. unlike jeans from another supplier. Prompt delivery and instant responses to messages via eBay and email. Saved seller.

Lovely leather jacket at a reasonable price, great thick leather did take a couple of uses to soften slightly.
I had an issue with the waste size adjustment but Bike Wear came up with an instant cure with no fuss or charge.

Bought a pair of waterproof motorbike armoured trousers for my grandson for 49 pounds ,absolutely brilliant paid the extra for speedy delivery as needed them fast and they arrived in 2 days

Ordered with BikeWear via Amazon and my order arrived without any issues. However the sizing ran small, and BikeSure had included a memo inside the packaging that said something along the lines of “return and exchange your items directly with us rather than Amazon”, so I did just that. I used a courier service they recommended and sent it to them along with all my contact info so they could update me.

The package reached them within three days and then… nothing. No email, no text and certainly no replacement for what I had ordered. That was two weeks ago. Today, I got my nearly £100 refund from Amazon only after I sent BikeSure an email telling them I would have to raise a complaint. BikeSure never even responded to my email, I just got a message from Amazon telling me they’re processing my refund - my only guess is BikeSure now feel sheepish.

At least I am getting my money back. But just a warning to anyone else that their customer service is obviously not great.

Had several items for myself and the wife, great prices and very quick service.
Had to do a return on a pair of trousers for a smaller size, absolutely no fuss, very fast turn around.
Brilliant all round experience shopping with them.

Black Leather Waistcoat arrived today. Very pleased with it, it's a little tight but that's ok as I'm dieting. Ordered size xl. Lovely all round feel to the item, nice new leather smell to it. Over all it's great

Returned motorcycle jacket as I did not like the fit. The outline of the armour plate in the back could be clearly seen the majority of the time ruining the look. Bike Wear Direct received the return on the Monday morning. I contacted them on Wednesday as I still had no confirmation of the return nor received a refund. I was asked to wait three working days. On the Friday I emailed them again as still had not received the refund. At the weekend they replied and said it had been processed on the Friday and that it could take five working days. Ten working days later I have still yet to receive my refund and have emailed them once again. Not good.

Update: Today I received a template email saying my order has been refunded. No indication as to when the funds will reach my account or direct response/apology to my last email. I have once again sent a further email asking them to advise when the funds will be returned as it has still not reached my account. Awaiting response. I note Bike Wear Direct conveniently do not have a customer service phone number.

Update: 10 working days after receipt of the return they have once again advised it could take upto 5 working days for the refund to be received.

Update: Refund finally received 14 days after the returned goods were received by the seller.

Update: A week and a half later I receive an email from Trustpilot saying “Bike Wear Direct would love to understand your experience better, so they’ve asked for more details about your review—like an order number or email. If we don’t hear from you within 3 days, your review may be taken offline.”

I immediately responded with my order number. I believe this is an attempt to have my review removed. To date, BWD have not responded to this review. I believe that had I have not left this review in the first instance, I would not have received my refund.

Awaiting their response.

Update: I received a call today from the advisor who had dealt with my email enquiry to offer an apology for how the situation was handling, which was appreciated. We discussed the lack of information concerning the refund process and the subsequent breakdown in communication that followed. Hopefully these issues will be resolved moving forward for future customers. Thank you.

Probably the wettest day of the year and having to pick up my new motorcycle !
I decided to wear my new short wax jacket in the hope it would keep me dry ?
Well I can say with the upmost pleasure that I rode for more than two hours in absolute poring rain and kept perfectly dry and warm for only having a thin top on underneath.
I can’t recommend enough the quality and workmanship of this jacket.
Bike wear direct will always be my first choice of purchase

Bought these aramid cargo trousers to go with others I have for when the weather is better. Great product with armour supplied for knees and hips. Great fit and as I ordered 34 inside leg they are long enough on the bike. These trousers seem well made with good stitching and finishing. Very pleased with these for the price. Thanks
