Package arrived just in time for the Hoyofair concert! Lead time was around 1.5 weeks between order and arrival, so plan accordingly!

Genuine product, fast shipping, transparent tracking, great service. I was looking for a specific merchandise item and was happy to find it here, since other shops that had it didn't seem trustworthy enough. The last time I ran into an issue where my Castorice figure came with a manufacturing defect (the metal parts wouldn’t stay connected). However the team not only helped me resolve the problem but also arranged to send a replacement figure which was incredibly kind of them ❤️
