My experience as first time Teyvatavern buyer
Good customer service, Product quality meets expectations, Good communication with customer, accurate real time uppdate off items where abouts, items arrived in perfect conditions in good packaging, extra items reward for exemple keychains, stickers etc. Some items can take alot off time, but in my expericence its worth the wait.

Thank you to Yanky who reached out to me because of an issue in my account. They also emailed me every time there’s a status change to the item that is going to be shipped. Yanky is super fast in replying emails! This is the fastest I ever experience in my whole online shopping life! Kudos to them!
Now onto the merch! I bought it as a birthday present for myself and it arrived within a week. I didn’t think it would be THAT fast. It is definitely the official merch. They decided to throw in 2 free gifts! I love it so much, thank you to the team!!

Flawless + Freebies!
The delivery was smooth and it took the time it said. No delays, wrapped nicely and seriously, no flaws with the blanket and items!
In fact, they gave me two cute little gifts that I'm still surprised and happy to have. Really, really lovely!
