Got so much phishing emails after I ordered from multiple would be scammers masquerading as couriers. I did report this to them and never got a reply. My bad but I found the same product I ordered for around 1,800 thb less than what I paid for and the product shipped from the states so it’s all a bit misleading. Again possibly my bad but I’ll never buy anything from Ninelife again.
***Update*** They have now reached out about the phishing emails and are doing their best to resolve the situation.

The package longer than expected to arrive!

Over AUD$90 for 118ml of apricot oil?! This company is taking the piss. Why is everything so over-priced? GREED. Detest companies like this. Do not support.

This is the only company that ships the supplements I need to Thailand.

Package could have been packed better and set as fragile. The little cup was cracked but luckily the geritol bottle itself was not.

Purchase as described. Slight complication ensuring the correct size but the delivered quality is very good.

NineLife offered a product I wasn't able to find anywhere else in Thailand. It took a long time to get what I ordered but it was worth the wait.

If I could leave a 0 here I would. This company is a scam. Please do yourselves a favor and never order from here. I’ve ordered something 3 weeks ago and it has not arrived. I paid double the amount of what it usually costs thinking I would receive it in about a week as stated upon order as it’s a supplement I needed as I recover. My best advice is to order whatever you need from the brand directly and do not bother with this distributor. It’s a SCAM!!

Scam! Fraud! I ordered a product, paid for it, and then started receiving fraudulent emails from fake DHL courier websites demanding (extorting) money. The product was never delivered. Scammers!

All my experiences with Nine Life hs been exellent - and I have ordered alot! Delivery can be slow sometimes but I hve always gotten my products snd they are as promised!

WARNING SCAM AND CRIMINALS!
It is now 4 months since I ordered vitamins from Ninelife Thailand and I have still not received it!
However I have received 45 emails saying it is packed, it is sent and I will get it soon. These messages comes from at least 30 different companies with strange names and strange email addresses.
MY ADVICE IS, DON'T EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a one litre bottle of Extra virgin olive oil through this company. I only received one 500 ml bottle and the cost was more than 2500 Baht.Their email notice has a tracking app that immediately identifies spam. I closed it immediately and just waited for my order. The advertisement said 40 percent off but was charged more than full price. When the box arrived it had been opened and retaped. I would not recommend ever purchasing anything from this shipping company ever. It is a scam and skim operation in my opinion. Stay away.

It seems that they don’t stock products but source from another supplier as they get an order. They have also been sending spam emails “confirmation of order” on my order placed 2 years ago.

they advertise 1 to 2 weeks delivery but it already takes 1 week for them to process the order.

And then they told me it would take another 3 weeks to deliver to Thailand.
Then I will have to pay custom taxes, which further increases the price.
