It's hard to say if this company is even in Thailand. They seem to have good products, but their prices are insane. For example, Ortiz premium tuna 112g is listed with them as 1,250 baht - it's 350 baht everywhere else in Bangkok. Rip off 100%. This is also true of their other products - some are double the US price. Is this because they are shipping from elsewhere? No idea, but if the prices are dishonest its bad sign.

Products took several weeks to arrive. They are not located in Thailand. Communication was slow. Items were stuck in customs which I was not informed of. Nearly all links in emails are broken as well.

Exercise extreme caution when dealing with this company. Their website is misleading, as it gives the impression that the items are in Thailand, leading customers to expect quick delivery. However, to my surprise, the items I ordered arrived much later and, to my dismay, I discovered they were shipped all the way from the US. What's more, some items were substituted without my consent. Upon contacting their customer service, I was informed that the items were 'out of stock' in Thailand, which necessitated shipping from the US. While they offered a return, they refused to replace the item with what I had originally ordered. I was instructed to send the items back to a US address at my own expense, provided it didn't exceed 20 baht (approximately 50 cents). The impracticality of this request is evident, as no shipment could possibly cost less than that.

As a result, I'm now left with items I paid for but never intended to order. This situation raises concerns of a potentially questionable business practice, as it seems like a convenient way for the company to offload unwanted items onto customers who are unlikely to go through the trouble and expense of returning them due to a 'mistake' that was never the customer's fault. "If you're considering making a purchase, I would strongly advise against using this website. It may be more prudent to explore alternative, more reputable options for your shopping needs, such as Amazon, especially if the items are ultimately sourced from the US. ***Purchased Aug. 21, 2023 and issue extended till today Oct. 20, 2023, with my refusal to pay for shipment and customs tax for the item I ended up paying for but did not order.**

We ordered bread machine instant yeast and by the time we got the product (late) it was nearly expired.
We thought the company was doing well by offering us new product. We accepted.
A second shipment was sent and it was very late as well.
We got three new jars that, again, were very close to expiration.
In fact, it’s the same expiration date as the first order.
It seems this company gathers product others can’t sell as it’s too close to expiration and they sell it at a discount.
The listing never expressed the expiration date nor gave any indication it was soon to expire and, unless you’re a bakery and use massive amounts of yeast, 95% will expire before use.

Everything is fine only if the shipping time could be a little faster.
