Keep away! No product, no refund!
Waited 3 months for my order — status just kept saying “delayed.” When I finally contacted THAKKER, they said it was too late to claim a refund or get a replacement. I checked with the delivery company, and they confirmed they never even attempted delivery at my address.
Totally unacceptable. No responsibility taken, no compensation, just excuses. Avoid at all costs.

Sehr schnelle Lieferung und gute Qualität
Habe mir gestern einen neuen Antriebsriemen für meinen Walkman WM-FX103 bestellt. Wurde heute schon geliefert. Passt gut und funktioniert. Immer wieder gerne.

negative Produktbewertungen werden nicht abgedruckt
Grundsätzlich finde ich Thakker echt gut und fair. Bestelle dort oft. Aber nun bin ich mit einem Riemsatz für ein Kassettendeck ziemlich eingegangen von 3 Riemen hat gerade mal einer so halbwegs gepasst. Das ist sehr ärgerlich wenn man so viel Arbeit in was reinsteckt. Entsprechend angefressen hab ich ne Bewertung abgegeben, welche bis heute nicht veröffentlich wurde. So kann man es auch machen..........dann gibt es nur gute bis sehr gute Produkte. Also Bewertungen bei Thakker sind gescreent. Kann man nicht als Urteil nehmen. Ansonsten ist der Laden in Ordnung.

Bei der ersten Bestellung hatte ich eine Rückfrage, besser geht Support nicht.
Werde ich immer wieder bestellen.

Very good selection in everything…
Very good selection in everything possible. OK prices, but the shipment was disappointing. I paid for delivery with DHL, but DHL passes the job on to the Norwegian postal service. It is not sustainable. Now it has been over two weeks and I still haven't received the package. I would really like to see DHL deliver all the way.
