I found out why That Leisure Shop has award winning customer service.
Purchased the Pathway 4G and couldn't get it to connect, after having had so many problems with another one from a different company, you all know the one that comes complete in a box it has an A in the name and terrible customer service, I thought here we go again.
Well how wrong could I be, had to wait till Monday morning to contact That Leisure Shop,Dave and Ben were absolutely brilliant, they took their time went through it, sorted the problem, it was a default issue, and stayed on the phone till it was up and running as it should be.
As for the Pathway 4G while testing it for the last 2 weeks, it also is absolutely amazing, remember it is a portable unit which gives it a head start on the fixed ones, and if that wasn't enough it has outperformed the fixed one in all the areas I travel too. At long last real on the go internet. I'm using it with a Vodafone Data only Sim hope this info helps.
Excellent Service excellent piece of kit.

Excellent quality products
Excellent quality products that you need, are sold at reasonable prices and delivered in good time. If I had one critisism and it`s a verification of their popularity, is that items sell out quickly but don`t worry because they restock quickly. Highly recommended. A+++

I’ve had mixed experiences with That Leisure Shop. While their service is quick and helpful at times, such as arranging refunds for out-of-stock items or providing installation videos, their advertising can be unclear. A discount promotion excluded sale items, which felt misleading. Overall, decent service but room for improvement in transparency.

The Pathway 4G
The Pathway 4G. I heard about it from the Motorhome Matt Podcast. Has given us great signal whilst away in the van and the case is really handy when taking it. We also have a home office / games room at the end of the garden and have really struggled with signal. The Pathway gives a great strong signal and has made a massive difference especially for the kids with their gaming. Really easy to set up and I could not recommend more.

Very disappointed ordered 30/11/24 not…
Very disappointed ordered 30/11/24 not heard anything about my order no update. Messaged today, nothing back will be looking for my money back as for my daughter’s birthday which now has passed. Read good reviews despite being more expensive than other companies. Would not recommend this company.

Hi Lyn, we are very sorry to see you leave us this feedback. I have reviewed all our records and can see Dave emailed you shortly after you placed your order to let you know there would be a delay in dispatching this item and offering to upgrade shipping to a faster provider, but as we did not hear back from you we continued as normal.
I see the message you mentioned was sent on Saturday and unfortunately, we could not open on this day due to the red warning for Storm Darragh in our area so it was not picked up, but Dave has already messaged you first thing this morning to give you an update.
We are of course happy to refund you if you have changed your mind about the order and can only apologise that it was not able to reach you in time. I will let the team know to contact you again and see if this is how you would like to proceed.
I hope this can help to explain the situation more, it is certainly not our intention for you to have anything less than a perfect experience shopping with us.

Fantastic Customer Service

Great guide if you’re not using your van over the winter but it seems such a shame not to use it. We are new to having a Campervan and was hoping your guide might have given ideas for what to do to going out in the winter and the things to look out for, such as heating etc.
