Sorry for the one star but it won’t download

In July I purchased 2 Quest Autograph camping chairs from That Leisure Shop and was really pleased with the price and delivery time. Unfortunately having only used them a few times the bottom has fallen out of the carry bags making the bag of no use. On the 9 Sept I emailed That Leisure Shop and have also used their online contact form but as yet I've not been contacted by them. Not good customer service I only hope I don't have a serious problem with the chairs.
Have received a phone call this morning, with apologies, accepted and problem being dealt with, thank you.
This morning, 26 Oct, I received a phone call from the shop, unfortunately despite their best efforts to obtain a replacement bag from Quest and none being available I was offered a refund which I declined, as I would have had to search for another chair at the same price, with the aim of either repairing or buy a suitable bag elsewhere. A short while later I received notification that I had been refunded anyway. Wasn't expected but a wonderful gesture, excellent customer support. Definitely will recommend and will certainly be back. Thank you.

Second Purchase from that Leisure store, gas safety valve now fitted to our motorhome, gage showing bottle gas level very useful. Quick delivery, thank you.

You guys clearly have a great reputation - but you really should make it clear that the 10% new customer discount does apply to sale items.

The Quest Screen House Pro 4 is offered at a very good price - and at the foot of the same page is the 10% new customer discount offer.

It very much gives the impression that the customer is being invited to have another 10% off the sale item - nowhere does it say the discount does not apply to sale items, unless you try to apply the discount.

You are offering the screen house at 10% less than anyone else, which is an excellent offer - so why run the risk of annoying new customers by not making your terms clear?

I will be ordering anyway - but strongly recommend you clarify your terms.

The company have currently advertised a discount of 10% to new purchasers. However, when attempting to purchase a tv using the discount, I was advised that it, the discount, did not apply to Sale goods. At no point did their advert state this and therefore, I believe it is misleading !

Since submitting the above, the company have responded, asking where I saw the advert. I had been in contact with them prior to this review in which I had advised them where I saw the advert, including a screenshot.

Unfortunately the initial item was lost by the courier but as soon as I let them know, they sent out a replacement immediately and were most apologetic despite it not being their fault.

I was lucky enough to pick up two chairs second hand and we loved them so much , searched to buy more-( big family ) ‘That Leisure Shop’ stocked the exact same, reasonably priced, so ordered. Fantastic service, love the chairs ‘Liberty leisure’ so comfortable , we now have 5.

I was searching for the best prices & deliveries on a range of CRESPO outdoor chairs & tables to go with our new motorhome.

Found 'That Leisure Shop' after a Google search and they had what I wanted, in the right colours and with good prices. Never used them before, so a bit sceptical.

No need to be. They delivered super quick, and everything was as it should be. Packaged up very well and great communications from their couriers.

Buy from with confidence. Will use them again in future.

I had previously written a very negative review due to some confusion over an order, this was sorted out for me with a personal call from the owner of the company on a Sunday and a refund was issued. I appreciate that mistakes happen from time to time

Ordered a table rail for an Adria Twin. This part is widely unavailable throughout Europe and I didn't hold my breath when I ordered it. Arrived 4 days later, correct part. Well done.
