That lovely store 

Massive con don’t even bother ordering! Thieving scum bags just taking peoples money and not sending a product. Ordered in February, got an email saying item shipped in May and still not received the item (and doubt i ever will). Haven’t responded to any emails either. Hope the people who receive the money enjoy their sad little lives while the 6 year old girl I was buying for goes without! Absolute scum

same as other review, ordered back 2 months ago but not received it yet. Emailed a lots of time but as usual no response from the company. A friend of mine suggested me a helpline number +1 707 670 3040 , they helped me to cancel it and returned my bucks back by using return and refund support. but so pathetic

honestly ridiculous. Ordered about 8 months ago. Got an email in May saying it had been shipped and allow 3-5 days for delivery. Now in middle of August. no response to any emails even though it says 'if there is a problem, email us!' Flipping buttholes (my review wouldn't let me post offensive language however insert as appropriate.

Order my Hogwarts package months ago, emailed 5 times and no response, not happy at all.

I ordered the large acceptance package for 25$ and never recieved a refund or nothing! I made my order back in February waited 4 months then there was still nothing 😭😭 it was a gift for my sister so DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Absolutely Disgusted! How can a company literally con so many people! My package didn’t arrive either..so disappointing as it was a birthday present!. This site should be closed down so other people’s monies are not lost.

I'd give it 0 stars if i could absolute scam. Placed an irder in March 5 month later still aint recieved my order my email get ignored, will never order from them again absolutely disappointed

Deserves no stars!! I ordered 'The Ultimate Hogwarts Acceptance Package' at the beginning of the year or even the end of last year! Received an email in May to say my ordered had been shipped an will be with me in the next 2-5 days. Months later I have still not received my order and had no response to emails. DO NOT USE!!! SCAM!!!

THIS COMPANY IS BOGUS! They take your money and then no further communication, regardless of how many times you try to reach out to them. I’d give them zero stars if it were an option. Don’t let these scammers get your money!

Do not order from this website. You will never see your item or your money ever again. Ordered in March of 2019, it is now August 2019, and have not received any updates from the company or the item I ordered.

Stay well clear of ordering from here, absolute scammers. Purchased item never sent and no emails acknowledged!

Took a gamble as the postage was only £5.956 for what could have been a fantastic gift. Turns out to be a scam, not the end of the world.

Unfortunately their actions ruin it for other online sellers. I'll be making sure to check reviews of every business going forward, which doesn't help startups.

Harry Potter Package

As other previous reviewers have mentioned, That Lovely Store isn't so lovely after all. They take your money for postage costs, and leave you in the dark. Fraud at it's lowest. The only thing you'll get is a 1 off email stating the item has been dispatched. Waste of time sending emails, as others have tried and not had any response. We've all been had, nothing in this life is free... unless I get the package this review will remain.

Same experience as a lot of others. Ordered the Harry Potter Acceptance Pack in MARCH, had an email to say it had been dispatched in MAY. It is now AUGUST and no sign. Emailed three times and no response. AVOID at all costs.
