If there was an option to give no stars that is what I would do!!! Ordered a Harry Potter acceptance packet back in March for my daughter‘s birthday and still have not received it it is now August! Have sent several emails and not one response or a tracking number or anything. Wondering if I’m still getting my product but there’s nobody to get a hold of !!!!! Do not order from this website it is a joke. It’s been five months and still no product that I paid for.

I sent in an order in APRIL. They sent a notification that is was mailed from the UK to the US in June. It is AUGUST. I still have not received my order. This place is a joke. I have reached out SEVERAL times to no response.

Ordered the Harry Potter acceptance pack in March and still not had anything! Have emailed but not had a response. Have had an email to say it was being shipped on 14th May but still not had my package!!

This is a scam. I ordered a the Harry Potter bundle back in April. Received notification the package was being shipped in May. I have not received what I ordered or any further notification. All of my email requests to the company have gone unanswered.

I didn´t received anything yet, and I think I will never receive my Harry Potter order. To bad. I spend money in a scam. .l. as s holes

Scam, scam, scam! Do NOT purchase anything through them! I have been waiting since March for an item I purchased from them. Received an email claiming it had been sent, about a month in, but nothing. Have had no response to my repeat attempts to contact. And their website is always under construction/maintenance.

Really angry at the fact that my husband placed an order over 4 months ago and we still haven't recieved anything let alone anyone returning his emails. Horrible place to purchase from

Wish there was a zero star rating at this point. Like many others, I stupidly ordered 3 Ultimate Hogwarts Acceptance Packages on 23rd Feb 2019. I was notified that they were sent on the 14th May, however they have still not arrived. I have emailed them twice with no response. Tonight I decided to call their help centre on ‭+1 (707) 670-3040‬ and wasted 27 mins on an international call only to get hung up on. He first wanted me to install an unknown package on my computer and then when I said no as it was a work computer, he wanted me to go and buy a $100 or $200 google play card which he said he would top up with the money he owed me. When I called him out on it, saying this sounds like a scam, he became mad at me and hung up. Absolutely disgusting. Don’t touch with a ten foot pole in my experience 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Sadly I'm reading my story over and over again on this page!!! I ordered the Hogwarts Acceptance package in March for my Harry Potter mad niece for her birthday in August. Apparently, as seems to be the usual story here, it was shipped in May. I have emailed numerous times to no avail. Now wishing I had done my research and not bought from this store. I am so peeved! 1 star because I cannot do 0 stars.

Ordered back in march, got email from the company that it is going to be dispatched in may but still couldn't managed to get it.Emailed them a lot time but as usual no response, so I called the USA helpcentre 1-(707) 670-3040 as their process was different but with the help of return and refund application canceled the item nd got the money back. some relief......

I posted way back at the beginning of the year I made an order back in Decemberber for the ultimate Harry Potter acceptance package I just received my package today 7/26/19 I wasn't expecting it at all like most of you I thought it was a scam I also got my 3 mystery gifts I was elated ecstatic would be another good word the map was an amazing shape smaller than I expected the letter had a little bit of damage due to shipping and handling everything else looked amazing so I am giving it a three stars I'm not happy with the customer service that they don't provide and then the long shipping I was expecting my package within 3 weeks and here it is 7 1/2+ months later so if you order be prepared you might have quite a bit of wait

If I could give no stars, I would. Ordered the Harry Potter welcome package from Facebook for my daughter back in March. Received my shipping notification in May and still have not received it. Have emailed them several times to no avail. Save your money and spend it somewhere else. This is by far the WORST experience ever.

Ordered a $50 order back in March from a fb post of theirs, harry potter hoodie and gesr, and got a shipoing confirmation back in May and it's now July still no package. Their site is down for construction. I've sent multiple emails to no avail. Facebook scam, I've learned my lesson, if they don't accept PayPal, don't order from fb adds. I've been burnt twice now, one was for a Bose Bluetooth shower speaker from another scam site. Both didn't take PayPal which i should've known better. The rest that did take PayPal still came through on their orders. 2/10 wasnt bad I guess, luckily i only lost $75 total.

Well Im glad to hear Im not the only one, but upset that I was totally scam. How can they do this to people. They should be in jail for fraud. Could we take this info of theirs and send the police to that address? I mean they took advantage of people and their information!

No stars. Much the same as all the other complaints. Ordered back in March as a gift, still waiting to this day, even though I have received an email saying the order had been shipped.

Have contacted them several times but never get any repsonse, unsurprisingly.

This place is a f*c*ing scam, I’m so mad!

Same freaking story as most others. Ordered the Ultimate Hogwarts deal back in March of this year. Received an email in may stating it shipped. It's now almost the end of July, NO ITEM! Sadly, I cannot dispute my payment, as, the card I had ordered with expired and, it's also too far back. These f'ers are scammers and I hope they get caught someday....
