Exactly the same as everyone else, they are scammers and the website doesn’t even exist anymore because it is “under construction” and they “apologise for the delay to orders”. Utter rubbish, they don’t even deserve 1 star

Ordered the HP acceptance letter x3 for my kids in March. I love HP and they do too. Finally got the email to say its been shipped in May. Yey!! But then Low & behold its now July & nothing yet. Totally scammed. Glad I kept it a surprise from kids otherwise they be devo.
I havent tried to email as I did read some reviews somehwere, not trustpilot, maybe those were a scam too as most of them were saying it took a long time to arrive but it did ‘eventually’. So i went ahead & ordered.
So I didnt really worry till I remembered this week that it shud have arrived from UK by now. Feel ripped off.
Hope the scammers enjoy their karma.

Ordered something for our granddaughter in April 2019 and it supposedly shipped May 14, 2019. Sent a followup email June 18 and NOTHING. Sent another one through their own website on July 2 and NOTHING. Now their site is down and I can't even look up my order!

same as others. Ordered in February. Dispatch email in May still nothing. They do not respond to email. Even told them I was going to trading standards 5 emails not 1 response. Do not order from them!

ZERO STARS! SCAM! I ordered the Ultimate Hogwarts Acceptance Package on March 30, and never received it. I did email them, but never received a response. I filed a dispute with my credit card to get refunded.

Do not waste your money, I'm STILL waiting for an advent calendar ordered in October 2018............There are no contact details other than an email address of which they NEVER respond. I have contacted Facebook as that's where they were advertising and surprise surprise I've had zero response. There must be a way we can get to this shocking company......anyone have any ideas please???

😡 Same story as everyone else-ordered March 12, it’s now July 13. So glad I never told my daughter about it. Unfortunately I really got screwed because I ordered other things beside the “free” acceptance letter.

Scam. It's been 4 months and nothing.

Ordered Hogwarts acceptance package in march, never received it, no reply to emails or online forms submitted.
This company is a scam and should be shut down to stop others being conned.

I ordered a sweater along with the Harry Potter freebie on January 30th, 2019 and received a shipping notice at the beginning of March two months after the charge went through on my credit card.

The Harry Potter package arrived on its own, but the sweater never came (which was the only thing I actually paid for!). No response from the company despite numerous attempts at contact.

I just called my bank to challenge the charge and they said after 90 days there is little they can do. It seems like thatlovelystore intentionally keeps you waiting as long as possible to increase the chance they'll get away with this. Thankfully after speaking with multiple people on the phone from my bank, I was refunded the charge "at their expense" and they promised to put a note about thatlovelystore, but who knows if that will go anywhere.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

I ordered 2 months in advance as a graduation present. The shipment never arrived. I have been emailing, calling and no response. I am livid and as soon as I find which card it was paid by, I will file for a refund.

I have had the same problems as others on here.
Ordered the Harry Potter acceptance letter package in march.
Received a confirmation mail saying the package would arrive 10-15 days because im outside of UK.
I've sent a few mails checking the status and never a reply.
Wish I would have checked Trustpilot before ordering.

This store is complete BS. I ordered the Harry Potter Acceptance Letter package and a hoodie back on March 21, 2019. May 14, 2019 I FINALLY get an email saying my order has been shipped. Well now it’s July and I still haven’t received anything!!! I have emailed them a few times and they do not reply. This company is a scam and I wish I had read these reviews first. And good luck getting your money back since there is no number to call and they don’t respond to emails. Hate that I fell for this!

Ordered the harry potter acceptance letter and received an email confirmation of purchase then three months later received a delivery email to say it would arrive within 3-5 days and never received the item. Contact the company and no reply! Reading the other reviews looks like they are running a big scam and they need to be shut down ASAP!

Wish i had seen these reviews earlier, same story, bought the Hogwarts package, back 03/20/19, after sending them 4 emails, 2 months later, i received one from them confirming it was shipped. Its now July 2019, still nothing.
