We placed an order on 30th August and we are yet to receive it 3 weeks on.
I have emailed the company on at least 3 separate occasions to check on the order but am yet to receive any response. Very dissatisfied.

The company does not answer cuestions and ive read that people havent gotten their orders or refunds in months. i have sent emails and messages on instagram and still no answer

never delivered, never refunded. horrible

A month later I have not recieved my order and neither has anyone responded to my emails or Instagram DM.

Ordered 2 items waited over a month for it to be delivered.
Only 1 of the 2 items arrived and it was out of date by 5 months!
Contacted company 6 times over the course of 2 months and received no reply to any of those email. Never experienced such blatant disregard to customers or their money. Clearly a scam to steal money from people!

Website says that all orders have a 7 days dispatch time, waited 3 weeks. and nothing arrived nor have I gotten a email, my food is yet to arrive, I will see though!

Absolute waste of time and will never order from here again. I ordered 3½ weeks ago. I received a confirmation of my order but it still hasn't been dispatched. I've emailed and had no response. Now I've found out that to cancel my order I need to send an email....which conveniently you don't respond to emails!! Wish I had check the Instagram page and tiktok comments before ordering as it is flooded with comments on unfulfilled orders. Absolute scam.

Would of been 5 star but shipping takes quite a while.

Ordered on the 17th of April still haven’t received my order or the tracking number

I never received my order. I assumed it was late as it does state a 7 day waiting time. Extremely disappointed. I also emailed them and they’ve never gotten back to me.

I ordered 21 days ago it still hasn’t arrived they won’t respond to my e-mails about my order I have heard nothing about my order for 21 DAYS!!!

I still have not received my order yet the money has been taken out of my account. Need an update ASAP or a refund back

No one responded to my email about when my delivery is. No contact number and no one is helping me for a very big order

I placed an order on the 11th of April. The order still hasn't arrived and they are ignoring my e-mails.

10 days after my order still haven't got an update on my order, they have taken the money but are reluctant to send the goods or let me know what's happening with my order. My 3rd order the first 2 were lovely this one on the other hand absolutely disgusting.

My things arrived however i was missing 3 items, emailed them and they said they were going to issue a refund, this was at the beginning of march. I still haven’t received a refund and i also got in touch with paypal to help, all they sent to paypal was the shipping number so my case has been refused. They didn’t tell me that what i had ordered was out of stock and they still haven’t given me my refund

I have placed my order on the 5.4.22 and still haven't received my order, we are now on day 10. I have also contacted the merchant / seller asking why it is taking this long both email and instagram and still anticipating for a response. If I could give 0 stars I would as they do not deserve 1 star. If they are out of stock as a business you let your customer know. Nill communication isn't the way to run a business, I will not be making future purchases from this company ever again. It is unethical to take customers money for goods you are not delivering.This will be a bank merchant dispute with my bank, I advise everyone to do the same if you haven't received a refund or the goods you have paid for.
