Online staff amazing so efficient and so helpful ensured my returns process was super easy and fast efficient and I was in a rush I was going overseas I did my returns incorrect but this didn't matter they where on to it and I was a a bit painful . I can't thank them enough .I purchased some lovey items and will continue to do in the future I loved my items and quality was great xx

I've been ordering jumpers from here for few years now love them that much! the return system is super easy you do have to pay $4.99 for a label then a bag to send it back but besides that it's very easy and they are super fast with exchanging sizes for you. whenever i order i get my stuff either the next day or 2 days max to come so if i ever need a nice outfit asap i know to come to that's so fetch.

I'm in the US and ordered two cute dresses, they came pretty quick but I ended up returning them bc I chose a different dress as a wedding guest. The return was super easy with happy returns and I got a virtual store credit. I couldn't find my store credit code and reached out to their support team and they were really helpful and made sure I got my credits.

5* customer service, very help staff, clothes are beautiful and definitely worth a look at.

Ordered multiple dresses online ready for a hen and the quality is no where near worth the price and every one of the dresses is wayyy to short on me but too loose everywhere else despite ordering my usual size. When trying to return I’ve realised that the company only seem to offer a credit notes which is not stated anywhere during purchasing. Absolutely disgusting I’m not over £150 down with nothing to show for it

The Customer Service was out of this world, the team dealt with any issues or questions I had so well and super quick!! Will definitely order again in the future from here 🩷

Received a crop top that is completely see-through when on (not an intentional sheer material). I emailed them and notified them and advised I wasn’t happy to pay return postage considering the poor quality and that your whole chest area is exposed. They replied and asked me to send a photo or video, I quite rightly said that was inappropriate and kindly asked for a pre-paid label or free post returns address. The next advisor sent me another pre-created template, which totally ignored anything I’d already said!

In a nutshell their customer service is horrendous and ignorant!

***EDIT in response to company’s response…. No, no you offered this AFTER I left the trustpilot review. I don’t want your store credit, I want you to do better rather than leaving consumers out of pocket with clothes they are unable to wear!

Placed an order for 3 dresses because they looked so good on the website. Then read the trust pilot reviews on this company and decided I didn't want to take the chance of wasting over $100, so I immediately reached out to the company and asked that they cancel my order. This was less than 10 minutes after placing the order about midnight. They responded the next day and said they can't do that because of their policy but if I wanted store credit I can do that. Mind you, my order hadn't been packaged or shipped yet. I finally received the order today, a week later. Literally the cheapest, ugliest fabric I have ever seen. I wouldn't even wear them around my house much less to be seen in public wearing them. They do a good job of making things look nice on their website but that's not how it looks in person. Also, I normally wear size 4 so that's what I ordered. They are unbelievably small. More like xxs. I don't even want to return the items for store credit because all of their stuff is crap I'm sure. I want my money back, but being that they're so shady, i doubt that will happen. Do not waste your time with these people, they are also rip off and dishonest bunch. And if they have the nerve to comment on my experience, don't waste your time unless you plan on giving me my money back. Change the name of your company to That's so Dishonest.

Ordered 3 dresses for prom choices. 2 were dispatched immediately 1 took 3 weeks to come. In the mean time we had found “the one” elsewhere. Paid to return my items online to be told that i can only get refund via gift card. Emailed the company 3 times over 4 days with no reply, it says online you only get 30 days from day of ORDER to return, which is coming up. I DO NOT WANT A GIFT CARD I WANT MY MONEY BACK!! Customer service is dreadful, no live chat available, no reply from filling out online questions on website and no reply from customer service email. Yet when i emailed about when my dress would be dispatched they got back to me the same day!!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!! They force you to pay the return fee before choosing your items, then it doesn’t let you choose which items to return!!! I have been trying to sort it out for a month but they will do anything they can to keep your money!!!

If I could put a minus star I would. My young daughter purchased a dress for a special occasion and then realised it won't arrive in time, also saw from other reviews that this company do not offer refunds and that quality of goods is poor. On the same day she emailed to cancel and they refused and stated against their policy. Still no order confirmation and she ordered the dress a week ago! An absolute shite show. Do not use

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I bought 2 dresses which were poor quality, one of them had a stain and was pulled. These cost £70. I had to pay £4 to return them only to be told they only give credit notes not refunds. It doesn’t state this in the returns policy. The credit note was for £60 which is apparently due to the exchange rate🤷‍♀️. Very poor service.

Somehow I managed to order the wrong size on two different orders and I have to say the customer service both times has been amazing!
First time it wasn’t until it arrived so they gave me a credit note even before they had received the return and second time I noticed straight away, emailed and they corrected my order for me the next day.
This service make me want to order from them again as I have so much trust in them now.
Plus when I did get the right size, the outfit was 10/10!

To start off, I'm 5"2 and got a size XS as per their sizing guidelines. However, when i received the Elai dress it draped below my feet and had weird gaping between my armpits and chest. Furthermore, the dress is completely see through and feels like it's made from a cheap material. Additionally, they play the store credit game, not indicating that you can only get store credit when returned anywhere during the purchasing process, only once i tried to return it. Beyond unhappy with this.

bought a dress from here, didn’t like it that much so I returned it, paid £60, but cost more of the express shipping as I needed it for a prom, I returned the item and have received a gift voucher of £60 instead of a refund, not one did it state that it came in store credits or a store voucher, I’m more than likely to not order from here again and that was my first time ordering, however I would much rather have my money back into my bank instead of a store voucher that will more thank likely never be used and will be a waste of my money.

Do not order from this site. Their returns are very well hidden so that you won’t realise you actually can’t return unless you want a store credit.
Poorly made items with cheap fabric.

if i could rate 0 i would! i’ve already left a message but the service which i’ve received after is terrible. firstly you do not put the correct information in your return and refund policy giving store credit and gift cards to keep money in your business which essentially is money laundering. i’ve sent so many emails trying to get my money for a dress which i received faulty and too small but communication is so terrible, referring to me as “lovely” “hun “babe” which is so condescending. is you business that bad that you have to lie to your customers to keep revenue high. it’s disgusting. i’m still waiting for my money back and there has been no communication except for their instagram messages which continue to make it seem as if i’m in the wrong. worst experience ever!
