package not arrived

I ordered a dress 17 days ago now and it has still not been shipped, I have sent numerous emails and not had a response, I need this dress for an event and would just like to know when it will be sent and am getting increasingly worried that it never will be.
its been more than 1 month and it has NOT been shipped and they responded me here that it is but it is NOT TRUE

I recently ordered some dresses from…

I recently ordered some dresses from this website, the dresses looked gorgeous and I was in need of one for an event. Unfortunately the dresses did not arrive in time for this event so I had to return them. Before I ordered the dresses I did not look at the returns policy and saw that you only receive store credit, not a refund which is my mistake for not checking before ordering. Once I realised this I emailed and managed to get a refund after sending emails about why I did not want them anymore and I wanted a refund and not store credit. The girls I emailed were lovely and I had no problems with the emailing and managed to get a full refund! They were amazing and so lovely so I really appreciate them giving me a refund even though it did say on the returns policy that they do not do them!

NEVER SHIPPED...Do not buy from USA

We ordered a dress for my daughter. They charged my card and confirmed the order and we heard nothing for 10 days! On day 10, I sent three emails saying please cancel and refund my order because the dress will definitely not arrive in time. 15 minutes after I sent the email, they magically "shipped" the dress...which I will now have to send back to AUSTRALIA! Avoid this company if you live in the US...maybe it is fine to work with them in Australia.

colis pas reçu + frais de douane en plus

J'ai commandé une robe depuis bientôt 20 jours, et j'ai reçu il y a deux jours un mail qui me dit que je dois payer 33euro de frais de douane. Quand j'ai acheté les produits on ne m'a pas prévenu que je devrai payer en plus. La robe me revient maintenant à 100euro. C'est inadmissible, je ne recommande pas le site.

Fastest Customer Service ever!

I came across this brand on socials and decided to check it out. I couldn't believe how fast my order arrived! Ordered on the weekend, arrived Tuesday morning. Amazinggg.
One pair of jeans was missing from my order, so I contacted the customer service team to enquire in case they were missed. Happily, the jeans are on pre-order and will arrive in a couple of weeks. The response was immediate, professional and friendly.
The only thing I would say is that I would have liked to have known the jeans weren't coming with the rest of the order, just so I was aware of it. But I do like that I could still order items on pre-order without them just being marked "out of stock" and can't get them at all. Just would have liked to have known it was a pre-order item and a rough expected date without having to enquire.
Overall very happy with the quality, postage speed and service was excellent!

Blantantly false product descr and deodorant marks

Bought a shirt, kacey-long-sleeve-top-royal-blue-1, from that so fetch that states it's 65% cotton. In person, it's a 100% polyester. It came covered in deodorant stains and the breast area does NOT fit anyone bigger than a B cup.

The blantant mislabeling should tell you something.

*Customer service plays the store credit game, rather than refunding my money. I will proceed with cc dispute.

Scam

Do not purchase!!!!! Would not even give this a star. Had the worst experience with this shop. I’ve ordered a dress which wasn’t cheap, it looked amazing on the pictures, however when I received it, it’s nothing like the picture. The material is so cheap, it feels weird on the skin and it definitely does not cost the price I’ve spent. I tried requesting a refund, was told I could only get store credit. I do not want that, considering all their dresses are probably cheap quality. I have purchased the label, at an extra cost that I had to pay, but when trying to generate the label, their website now says my order does not exist, even though the money was taken out my bank account. I’ve left multiple emails, didn’t get a response back. It all feels like a scam, I just want my money back and Im never ordering again from this dodgy website.

I ordered the Nerina Sequin maxi dress…

I ordered the Nerina Sequin maxi dress in AU size 4 and it fits amazing! Very comfortable and not too thin so it isn't see through like a lot of those types of dresses can be. I emailed the staff about an inquiry and they got back to me within a respectable amount of time and were helpful and kind. I definitely recommend THATS SO FETCH! Xoxo

I ordered a dress for an event and…

I ordered a dress for an event and after waiting over a week and sending 2 emails I’ve finally had a response saying the dress was on pre order and won’t be sent for another few weeks?! No where was this advertised or stated as a pre-order item, I have been had over. Their email service is very slow and I’ve emailed with multiple solutions as I can’t wait that long for this dress and again am having no responses. Please reply to emails and help me sort this.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

My daughter ordered a lemon dress from this seller, when it arrived it was in no way shape or form representative of what was displayed in the image. The dress was a completely different style, colour and shape and material. The material it was made from was the cheapest "dollar shop satin", not the luxurious material in the image, and the colour was shimmery yellow, NOT the pastel muted lemon in the photos. She have returned the dress but now Thats So Fetch are saying that they only offer a store credit. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT SPEND A SINGLE DOLLAR with them, unless you like wasting money. She is still campaigning for a refund in full, that is the only possible resolution. Expect there to be a footnote on the storepage saying "Dress will differ in style, color and material from image shown".

UPDATE:
My Daughter advised them that we had left this review and instead of the store credit being the only method of refund, ThatsSoFetch customer services HAVE ISSUED the refund back into our account. We should not have had to call them out, excellent customer service would have given us the confidence to shop there again in future.

Does That’s So Not Fetch Even Have A Customer Service Department?

Thank you for responding to me online. It would be nice if you responded to my emails that I have sent over the past few weeks, but obviously the only thing that matters is how “That’s so not Fetch” is perceived online. Again, don’t buy from these scammers, you will never get a real response from customer service and you will never get a refund for their cheap clothing. How about resolving a problem through an actual email rather than online?!

No return for refund

No return for refund. Store credit only and to make it worse you’ll have to pay extra for shipping for your return instead of just deducting from the your credit. Please consider just deduct that from your refund credit. Their clothing quality is meh. Sizing way too big. I ordered extra small and it’s still gigantic on me. Bought twice and disappointed both times. Will never buy from them again.

My disappointment with the handling of…

My disappointment with the handling of my order with this company was the worst which i placed on April 15th.Despite being informed on April 16th that my order had been shipped, I received conflicting information on April 24th stating that duty fees and taxes were required for delivery.I was unable to get clarification on how to pay, the courier, or a tracking number from your customer service.I discovered that SEKO Logistics was the courier after finally getting through to the Customer Service and they had told me SEKO had sent me an email regarding the duty fees but when I had rang SEKO they hadn't been in touch with the company regarding that situation and they also confirmed that no fees were due upon arrival in the UK.I received my parcel just 3 days before the wedding thankfully but that was without paying any additional charges.The inaccurate information provided by your company caused unnecessary stress and concern, as I was under time to receive the order for a wedding. The only advice i could give to the company is to improve its communication and provide accurate information to customers in the future.

Super Service!

I bought some items to be shipped to Denmark and had missed the issue with added customs. Customer services were incredibly helpful and in the end refunded half the customs fees which was a really nice touch. It does take them a while to reply - I believe they are based in Australia so naturally there will be a delay. All in all it was a good experience - but only because they follow through with you to ensure there is a happy outcome. The outfit was amazing and my daughter loves it! Thank you That’s So Fetch!

Poor delivery times and customer service

Twice now I have ordered from them. And twice the order has arrived much later than expected! When you email them, it can take days for a reply. They advertised expected delivery times but never achieve these. They should review what’s on their website, and set expectations appropriately, and also review their carriers!
