Awful! Dress is poor quality I’m a 10/12 so I ordered a size 12 and can’t even zip it up!
I’m also only 4ft 10 and the dress doesn’t even cover my backside! Will be sending back first thing on Monday. So disappointing

I ordered several dresses for a wedding, but the quality was extremely poor—cheap material and completely inaccurate sizing. I didn’t realize they only offer store credit, but decided to give them another shot. I ordered one dress and two tops, sizing down based on my first order. I’m typically a size 12/14, but the dress came too big and the tops were way too small.
I’ve contacted customer service regarding a refund, especially since I’ve already paid return shipping fees multiple times, but haven’t received any response.
Also when I tried to send back the new items after I paid it won’t even recognise the order.
Avoid this company—terrible quality, inconsistent sizing, and zero customer support.

2nd time I have ordered from this…
2nd time I have ordered from this company (as I forgot I had ordered from there before!) first time the dress was damaged and after endless emails they eventually gave me a refund.
I received the 2nd dress yesterday and the stitching hasn’t been finished, cotton is hanging off the dress where it hasn’t been stiched properly. I have emailed them and currently waiting for a reply! Can’t believe I have ordered from this awful site again

I've had a great experience shopping with That's So Fetch! and their customer service has been exceptional. I’ve ordered several times now, and on the rare occasion there’s been an issue, they’ve gone above and beyond to resolve it. I Highly recommend them for both the quality of their products and their service! I very rarely write reviews but I felt that they really deserved my feedback. Thank you.

Scam
I ordered two dresses for ladies day.
Both of these were of unacceptable quality. I decided with me ordering last minute I would keep one dress anyway and return the other. Upon returning one of the dresses I was sent a credit note. When asking for a refund I was back and two with emails and was sent the same messages back over and over. Then I added the order number, dress names and everything and still had nothing other than ‘ can you please tell me what your returning’ even though in each email I had specified. Since then I’ve added I want to return the second dress which they said they would send me a shipping label, which they have not. So now I’m stuck with another dress I don’t want which is fault and the other dress I’ve returned but they’ve not refunded so I’m £100+ out of pocket. It seems it is a bit of a scam, they lead you to believe you’ll get your money back but you never will. Would stay away!

The best!
I currently live in a dorm hall and something had happened where it got returned back to THATSOFETCH. I opened the live chat and within 24 they fixed the situation and shipped it back without an issue. I really appreciate this! one thing, they should add a number to call but I understand why they don’t. Still very helpful and very nice!!

Breeze Maxi Skirt - sizing is not accurate
I’m so disappointed, after paying a ridiculous delivery fee where the delivery was not speedy my order arrived. I ordered my usual size with every clothing company and when the skirt arrived it was very big, it’s definitely more the next size up so instead of being mid rise it’s just dropping around my waist, spoiling the full look. The skirt was not cheap so I emailed customer service explaining their sizes are way off but not advertised to size down, I would like an exchange to the next size down but I am not prepared to pay a return fee or another delivery fee when this is absolutely no fault of my own. Customer service were terrible and had clearly not read my email and just send the generic how to return response. Please read it again, I want an exchange to the smaller size but not paying return or another delivery fee.

Cheap Fabric - No Refunds
I ordered a dress in two sizes, to see what would fit best. On arrival, I was so let down with the quality of material used! Dresses were almost £70 each.
Raised concerns with customer service to me advised that they only offer store credit - why would I want to spend MORE money with a company who charge high end prices and use cheap fabric.
Don’t buy
Don’t buy, ordered a dress a month ago and hasn’t even arrived. Emailed them multiple times asking for a refund, and they’re not giving me one. Just sent emails back not even making sense. My parcel is still missing and no refund given, Edit: i know it’s lost but you didn’t give me a refund?

Great Customer Service
I initially had an issue with import tax fees, as I hadn’t realized that the displayed price in euros didn’t include TVA. I ended up paying more than expected on import, but That’s So Fetch was really understanding. Their customer service was super helpful and even refunded me half of the amount I paid. Really appreciate how kind and responsive they were.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Ordered 3 dresses for my daughter. Had to pay £60 import duty to get them to the UK ! Dresses are awful quality really disappointed. Contacted customer service can only get credit note and have to pay £4 to return. Paid refund fee and it wont recognise the order. Lost over £250 .Customer service a waste of time . THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE JOKE AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I was concerned about the returns policy regarding the store credit because wasn't aware of it upon ordering (I'd made quite a big last min order for a wedding guest dress so imagine the panic). My order was delivered within days and all the dresses were stunning, I was supposed to be keeping one and have kept two 😂 I actually emailed and insta messaged the team because I wasn't sure the email had gone through. In less than 24 hours I'd received a lovely reply on both platforms resolving the issue. I'm really happy with my experience and my dresses 🫶🏼 x

I went on the TSF UK website earlier…
I went on the TSF UK website earlier today to see that there was a 30% off all items. I downloaded the app and later added some items to my basket. The sale was still being advertised at 11:30pm with no end time mentioned. I tried to use the advertised code ‘SAVE30’ however it said it didn’t apply to the items in my cart. I queried this with customer service as I couldn’t find the exclusions for the sale anywhere. They then responded to say that there is no sale on at the moment. I went and checked the app again and the sale banner had been removed. Such a shame that the sale was still being advertised even when it had ended. I was exited to order some items for the first time. Customer service was nice and did let me know I could get 15% off my first order in the app but that is only half the saving I thought I was going to get. I am also hesitant to order at almost full price due to issues getting refunds that other customers have mentioned. I don’t want to order items and not be able to get my money back if I do need to return them.

Don’t give up on a refund!
I pursued them relentlessly for a refund. I sent them the legal requirement for a 14 day cooling off period in the uk on all online purchases from date of receipt, within which the customer is entitled to a full refund. I got a full refund. Do not give up!

Terrible return experience
I think I’m with everyone else in the reviews. Such a horrendous RETURN POLICY. The dress I wanted didn’t suit me and I just wanted a refund not STORE CREDIT. And on top of that, they asked for me to pay $4 for delivery. Like WHAT. I have never had such atrocious online shopping experience. Like what am I going to do with store credit, when I’m not planning to shop anytime soon with that’s so fetch

Absolutely horrendous with returns
Absolutely horrendous with returns. Was difficult to initially find out how to return, then charged me £3.99 for the label that they didn't send me. I emailed and their response rate was low, eventually got sent an email and they refused to give me a refund and gave me a gift card instead. But guess what, I don't want to use your website again!!
Edit: It's very clear you attempt to make things as difficult as possible as to discourage anyone from attempting to get their money back. Further proven by the fact you keep it quiet that you do not offer refunds, only store credit. I won't buy from you again, and I actually previously really liked your products but this is more than enough for you to lose me as a customer. 😊
