The main advantage of using the Hearing Care Partnership was that appointments were available via a shared arrangement with a local Optician. The test was done by Audiologist Alex Andrews who confirmed deficiencies in my ability to hear higher frequency sounds. The test was repeated after being fitted with a temporary aid adjusted to compensate for my deficiencies.
I have since purchased the Basic Essential Package
and have found the aids very easy to fit, plus very discrete and comfortable to wear. The 3 year guarantee, together with a follow-up maintenance package, is also very reassuring of on-going service commitment.
I was very impressed by the care taken by Alex my
Audiologist, plus was rather pleased to note that I was not pressed into purchasing a Hearing Care Partnership Product.

For the first time in my life I have had a Full Hearing Assessment, and I wished I had done it sooner! It was so beneficial in knowing my hearing loss and the procedure is done in a very professional manner. Everything was explained during the testing. I would highly recommend having a Full Hearing Assessment test to anyone who is concerned about their hearing.
