I had an appiontment with an hearing specailist at Robert Frith in Crewkerne. This lady was through and really helpful. I have a blocked right ear and she kept me informed of what she was doing at all times and sent a letter to my GP which was actioned the next day. I have had 2 previous appiontments with a member of my GP practice and was fobbed off both times.
Absolutely amazing lady.

Excellent service from Deborah at Crewkerne
I saw Deborah at the Crewkerne branch and she was lovely. She was very calm and professional and explained everything to me and showed me pictures of the wax on her phone. I would highly recommend her.

Excellent friendly service
We were delighted with the service we received from Kara. Her examination was thorough and she ensured that we understood each step. Our aids have improved our hearing and made life easier. We would recommend her to anyone. Thank you.

I went for ear wax removal and thought…
I went for ear wax removal and thought that was what was making me deaf, I was offered a routine hearing test where it was discovered I needed hearing aids, I am so grateful that was offered the test and the hearing aids have put me back in the world. They are amazing.

Excellent practice
I had a hearing test at the Crewkerne practice today (as well as an eye test at the same practice in June). The receptionists were very welcoming. The specialists were friendly, professional and thorough. I really felt they took the time to understand my concerns and offered me lots of practical help and advice. Highly recommended.
