My husband and I have just been for our yearly review.We can definitely recommend Qais at The Hearing Care Partnership.From our first appointments he has been caring and knowledgeable taking time to explain everything thoroughly without rushing us and carrying out the tests efficiently.
The aftercare service is really good too.

Very nice staff. Excellent patient interaction, communication and explanation of the tests, results and further steps in the management of the condition. Audiologist Qais has excellent patient consultation skills.

An appointment which provides satisfaction.
A good explanation regarding the procedure to be undertaken, followed by a gentle process. All results are shown with a through explanation and advice with on going care is given. The whole appointment was good and deserves promotion.

This is an excellent service and a fantastic audiologist
This is an excellent service. The audiologist was very professional and knowledgable and made me feel completely at ease. He was highly personable and his approach made the experience pleasurable rather than concerning. He showed the results on the screen and explained everything very clearly. Prior to each test he explained the process very simply and also the purpose of the test. I would recommend this service to anyone.
